मुरली सार:- ''मीठे बच्चे - इस समय तुम बाप के ऊपर बलिहार जाओ तो 21 जन्मों के लिए तुम सदा सुखी बन जायेंगे'' प्रश्न: ज्ञानी बच्चों को अपनी अवस्था ठीक रखने के लिए कौन सी आदत पक्की डालनी चाहिए? उत्तर: सवेरे-सवेरे उठने की। सवेरे-सवेरे उठकर बाबा की याद में बैठना - यह बहुत अच्छी धारणा है। जो बच्चे जल्दी सोते और जल्दी उठ जाते उनकी अवस्था सारा दिन ठीक रहती है। अज्ञानियों की नींद से ज्ञानी बच्चों की नींद आधी होनी चाहिए। 10 बजे सो जाओ 2 बजे उठकर बैठो।

2) सवेरे-सवेरे उठकर याद में बैठ कमाई करनी है। सृष्टि को स्वर्ग बनाने की सर्विस कम से कम 8घण्टा जरूर करनी है। वरदान:- विश्व परिवर्तन के श्रेष्ठ कार्य में अपनी अंगुली देने वाले महान सो निर्माण भव जैसे कोई स्थूल चीज़ बनाते हैं तो उसमें सब चीज़ें डालते हैं, कोई साधारण मीठा या नमक भी कम हो तो बढ़िया चीज़ भी खाने योग्य नहीं बन सकती। ऐसे ही विश्व परिवर्तन के इस श्रेष्ठ कार्य के लिए हर एक रत्न की आवश्यकता है। सबकी अंगुली चाहिए। सब अपनी-अपनी रीति से बहुत-बहुत आवश्यक, श्रेष्ठ महारथी हैं इसलिए अपने कार्य की श्रेष्ठता के मूल्य को जानो, सब महान आत्मायें हो। लेकिन जितने महान हो उतने निर्माण भी बनो। स्लोगन: अपनी नेचर को इज़ी (सरल) बनाओ तो सब कार्य इज़ी हो जायेंगे।
