स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम देही - अभिमानी आत्माएँ, परमात्मा जो हैं, जैसे हैं, जाननेवाले, अपने को आत्मा निश्चय कर एक बेहद के बाप से ही लव से बुद्धि योग लगानेवाले, सवेरे सवेरे उठकर सिर्फ़ शिवबाबा को गुडमार्निंग कर मीठी मीठी रूह-रिहान और ज्ञान चिंतन करनेवाले, बेहद के सवेरे के बेहद के वर्से के अधिकारी हैं... मनमनाभव की स्थिति में रहनेवाले, अलौकिक सुख व मनरस स्थिति वाले, पवित्र पावन खुशिवाले रूहानी बच्चे हैं....
२. हम आशिक आत्माएँ, गृहस्त व्यवहार में रहते हुए, दिल व जान, सिक व प्रेम से एक माशूक को याद करनेवाले, देह सहित देह के सर्व संबन्धों को भूलनेवाले,नशटोमोहा, अटल अचल अड़ोल कर्मयोगी, सतोप्रधान, कर्मातीत हैं.... सर्व गुण सम्पन्न, सम्पूर्ण निर्विकारी आत्म- अभिमानी स्वर्ग के देवी देवता हैं...
३. हम आत्माएँ, ज्ञान सागर के सन्तान, मास्टर ज्ञान सागर हैं, ज्ञान की नदियाँ हैं, ज्ञान गंगा हैं... ८४ जन्मों के अच्छे ते अच्छे एक्टर, हीरो-हीरोइन पार्टधारी,बाप की जायदाद को जाननेवाले, विश्व को अपनी बादशाही बनानेवाले, रचयिता की रचनाएँ हैं.... फखूर हिम्मतवान सर्विसेबुल सच्चे पक्के ब्राह्मण, अल्लाह के बच्चे हैं...
४. हम योग्य शिक्षक आत्माएँ, अपने हर कदम द्वारा शिक्षा देनेवाले, हर वचन महावाक्य बोलनेवाले, हर कर्म रूपी बीज फल दायक करनेवाले, हर संकल्प आत्माओं को नई सृष्टि का अधिकारी बनानेवाले, शिक्षा स्वरूप हैं...

We, the soul conscious souls, know the Supreme Souls as He is and what He is...we consider ourselves to be souls and connect the yoga of our intellect with the Unlimited Father with love...we claim the right to the unlimited inheritance in the unlimited morning... we wake up early in the morning and say good morning only to Shiv Baba, have sweet conversations with Him and churn the ocean of knowledge...we are the pure and holy spiritual children, full of happiness, who experience super sensuous joy and the sweetness of mind in the stage of manmanabhav...
2. We, the souls, the lovers of the One Beloved, remember Him with a lot of love deep within our hearts, while living in a household...we are the unwavering, unshakable and immovable karmayogis, the conquerors of attachment, who have forgotten the consciousness of the body and the relationships of the body...we are satopradhan and karmateet soul conscious deities who are full of all virtues and completely vice less...
3. By being the children of the Ocean of Knowledge, we, the souls, are the master oceans of knowledge, the rivers of knowledge, the Ganges of knowledge...we are the best actors of all, playing the parts of heroes and heroines for 84 births...we are the creations who know the Creator, know the Father’s property and make the world our kingdom...we are the true and firm serviceable Brahmins, the children of Allah, full of intoxication and courage...
4. We, the souls, are the worthy teachers... we give teachings at every step, our every word is an elevated version, the seed of our every deed is fruitful, and our thoughts enable souls to claim a right to the new world... we are the embodiments of teachings...

Hum dehi abhimaani atmaayen, parmatma jo hain, jaise hain, jaan newale, apne ko atma nishchay kar ek behad ke baap se hi lav se buddhi yog lagaanewale, savere savere uthkar sirf Shivbaba ko gud marning kar meethi meethi ruh-rihaan aur gyan chintan karnewale, behad ke savere ke behad ke varse ke adhikaari hain... man mana bhav ki sthiti men rahnewale, alaukik sukh v manras sthiti wale, pavitr paavan khushiwale ruhaani bachche hain....

Hum aashik atmaayen, gruhast vyvhaar men rahte hue, dil v jaan, sik v prem se ek Mashook ko yaad karnewale, deh sahit deh ke sarv sambandhon ko bhoolnewale, nashto moha, atal achal adol karmyogi satopradhaan, karmaateet hain.... sarv gu n sampann, sampoorn nirvikaari atm- abhimaani swarg ke devi devta hain...
3. Hum atmaayen, Gyan Sagar ke santan, mastar gyan sagar hain,gyan ki madiyaan hain,gyan ganga hain... 84 janmon ke achche te achche actor, hiro-hiroin paart dhaari, baap ki jaaydaad ko jaan newale , vishv ko apni baadshaahi banaanewale rachyita ki rachnaayen hain.... fakhur himmatvaan sarvisebul sachche pakke Brahman, allah ke bachche hain...
