स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम मास्टर सर्वशक्तिमान आत्माएँ, राज़ युक्त, योग युक्त, युक्ति युक्त, शक्ति युक्त हैं...समाई हुई शक्ति को स्वरूप में लानेवाले, हर शक्ति को कार्य में व्यक्त और प्रसिद्ध करनेवाले, अष्ट शक्तियाँ प्रत्यक्ष करनेवाले, सफलतामूर्त हैं...अष्ट, ईष्ट और सर्व श्रेष्ठ हैं...
२. हम महारथी आत्माएँ, कैचिंग और टचिंग पावर वाले हैं...कोई भी समस्या या परीक्षा या विघ्न को आने से पहले कैच करनेवाले, लगन में मगन की स्टेजवाले, दूर से ही माया को भगानेवाले, परख ने की शक्ति वाले महान पुरुषार्थी हैं...
३. हम महात्यागी आत्माएँ, अपना तन-मन-धन, सम्पत्ति, समय, सम्बन्ध और सम्पर्क अर्पण करनेवाले, विकारों के सर्व वंश का भी त्याग करने वाले, अपना समयबाप की याद में और बाप के कर्तव्य में लगाने वाले, २१ वंश सहित निर्विघ्न और निर्विकारी पीढ़ी और दैवी राज्य भाग्य पानेवाले, समर्पण और सर्वस्व त्यागीहैं...
४. हम महावीर आत्माएँ, महादानी, वरदानी, विष्व परिवर्तक, विष्व कल्याणकारी हैं....महीन पुरुषार्थ वाले, अपना सब कुछ विष्व सेवा में लगाने वाले, दूर तक प्रभाव फैलानेवाले लाइट हाउस, माइट हाउस और पावर हाउस हैं...
५. हम श्रेष्ठ आत्माएँ, श्रेष्ठ संग से, श्रेष्ठ स्मृति, और शुद्ध वातावरण व शान्त वायुमंडल से श्रेष्ठ वृत्ति से आगे बढ़नेवाले, अपना हर श्वास, हर संकल्प, हर सेकण्ड बाप के कर्तव्य प्रति व्यतीत करनेवाले, बाप के साथ सदा स्नेही, सहयोगी और सहज योगी हैं....
६. हम कमल फूल समान पवित्र आत्माएँ, ज्ञान स्वरूप, योग स्वरूप, धारणा स्वरूप हैं...जैसे मन वैसे काम, जैसे स्थान वैसी स्थिति, जैसा वातावरण वैसी वृत्ति,और जैसा संग वैसी स्मृति वाले, ज्ञान का फल अनुभव करनेवाले, देवताओं को अर्पित करने लायक, रूहानियत की खूशबूएँ फैलानेवाले श्रेष्ठ रूहानी रूहे गुलाबहैं...
७. हम अखण्ड ज्योति आत्माएँ, सदा स्मृति स्वरूप और समर्थी स्वरूप हैं...सदा अपनी स्मृति की ज्योति से ब्राह्मण कुल का नाम रोशन करनेवाले कुल दीपकहैं... सर्व आत्माओं के प्रति शुद्ध संकल्प रखनेवाले वरदानी मूर्त हैं...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the master almighty authority souls, are raaz yukt, yog yukt, yukti yukt, and shakti yukt ...we are the souls of the rosary of eight, the most elevated and special deities, who make the eight powers visible, bring the powers merged within us in a practical form, and emerge and reveal every power for a task...we are the embodiments of success...
(Knower of the secrets and the essence of knowledge, having accurate yoga, using the right method at the right time, using the right power at the right time)
2. We, the maharathi souls, are endowed with the catching and touching powers... we are the elevated effort makers with the power of discrimination, who can catch any problems or test papers or obstacles before they arrive, have the stage of being absorbed in love and chase maya away from afar....
3. We, the great renunciate souls, who have surrendered our body, mind and wealth, prosperity, time, relations and connections, who have renounced all vices along with their progeny, have 21 generations of being vice less and completely free of obstacles....we are surrendered and complete renunciates, who use our time in remembrance of the Father and His task, and attain the fortune of a divine kingdom for 21 births...
4. We, the mahavir souls, are great donors, bestowers of blessings, world transformers and world benefactors...with deep and subtle effort, we use everything for world benefit...we are the light houses, might houses, the power houses who spread our impact far and wide...
5. We, the elevated souls, move forward in our efforts with the elevated company, elevated awareness, and elevated attitude filled with pure atmosphere and peaceful environment...we are constantly co-operative in the Baba’s task with our every breath, every thought, every second ... we are the easy yogis constantly loving to the Father....
6. We, the souls, pure as lotus flowers, are the embodiments of knowledge, the embodiments of yoga and the embodiments of dharna...our task is according to our name, our stage is according to the place we are in, our attitude is according to the atmosphere, and our awareness is according to the company...we are the elevated spiritual roses worthy of being offered to the deities, spreading the fragrance of spirituality in all directions, and experiencing the fruit of knowledge...
7. We, the souls, the eternal lights, are the constant embodiments of remembrance and the embodiments of power...we are the “Lamps of the clan” who glorify the name of the Brahmin clan with the constant awareness of our light... with pure thoughts for all souls, we are the images who grant blessings...

1. Hum mastar sarv shakti maan atmaayen, raaz yukt, yog yukt, yukti yukt, shakti yukt hain...samaai hui shakti ko swaroop men laanewale, har shakti ko kaary men vyakt aur prasiddh karnewale, asht shakiyaan pratyaksh karnewale, safalta moort hain...asht, isht aur sarv shreshth hain...
2. Hum mahaarathi atmaayen, kaiching aur taching pavar wale hain...koi bhi samasya ya pariksha ya vighn ko aane se pahle kaich karnewale, lagan men magan ki stej wale, door se hi maya ko bhagaanewale, parakh ne ki shakti wale mahaan purushaarthi hain...
3. Hum maha tyaagi atmaayen, apna tan-man-dhan, sampatti, samay, sambandh aur sampark arpan karnewale, vikaaron ke sarv vansh ka bhi tyaag karne wale, apna samay baap ki yaad men aur baap ke kartavy men lagaane wale, 21 vansh sahit nirvighn aur nirvikaari peedhi aur daivy raajy bhaagy paanewale, samarpan aur sarvasv tyaagi hain...
4. Hum mahavir atmaayen, mahadaani, vardaani, vishv parivartak, vishv kalyaankaari hain....maheen purushaarth wale, apna sab kuch vishv seva men lagaane wale, door tak prabhaav failaanewale laait haaus, maait haaus aur paavar haaus hain...
5. Hum shreshth atmaayen, shreshth sang se shreshth smriti aur shuddh vataavaran v shaant vayumandal se shreshth vritti se aage badhnewale,
apna har shwaas, har sankalp, har sekand baap ke kartavy prati vyatit karnewale, baap ke saath sada snehi, sahyogi aur sahaj yogi hain....
6. Hum kamal phool samaan pavitr atmaayen, gyan swaroop, yog swaroop, dhaarna swaroop hain...jaise man vaise kaam, jaise sthaan vaisi sthiti, jaisa vaataavaran vaisi vritti, aur jaisa sang vaisi smriti wale, gyan ka fal anubhav karnewale, devtaoon ko arpit karne laayak, ruhaaniyat ki khooshbooen failaanewale shreshth ruhaani roohe gulaab hain...
7. Hum akhand jyoti atmaayen, sada smriti swaroop aur samarthi swaroop hain...sada apni smriti ki jyoti se Brahman kul ka naam roshan karnewale kul Deepak hain... sarv atmaaon ke prati shuddh sankalp rakhnewale vardaani moort hain...
