स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम सौभाग्यशालि आत्माएँ, आवाज़ से परे रहनेके स्वधर्मवाले, इस अमूल्य पुरुषोत्तम संगम युगमें, हर संकल्प, हर सेकण्ड हर श्वास से बाप को याद कर पूरा वर्सा लेनेवाले, कौड़ी से हीरे, बेगर टू प्रिन्स, इन्सालवेन्ट से १००% सालवेन्ट बननेवाले, हर श्वास सफल करनेवाले, जीवन मुक्ति पाकर एक्यूरेत नई दुनिया में आनेवाले, फुल जागती ज्योत वाले सर्विसेबुल कर्मयोगी हैं...
२. हम पारस बुद्धि आत्माएँ, मनजीत, मायाजीत, प्रकृतिजीत, जगतजीत हैं... इस अनादि अविनाशी ड्रामा में, पुण्यात्मा, देवात्मा, धर्मात्मा, महान आत्मा हैं...अविनाशी सर्जन से मनमनाभव का इंजेक्शन लेकर २१ जन्मों के लिए एवर हेल्दी बननेवाले, बुद्धि रूपी झोली में ज्ञान रत्न धारण कर ज्ञान का दान करनेवाले, अपना तथा औरों का जीवन हीरे तुल्य बनानेवाले, टाइम, मनी, एनर्जी सफल करनेवाले विष्व सेवाधारी, विष्व परिवर्तक,विष्व कल्याणकारी हैं...

We, the fortunate souls, with the original religion of remaining beyond sound, remain in the remembrance of the Father with every thought, ever breath, every second and claim full inheritance, in this valuable and auspicious confluence age ...by making every breath we take worthwhile, we become diamonds from shells, princes from beggars, and 100% solvent from being insolvent....we are the serviceable karmayogis with fully ignited lights who attain liberation-in-life and enter the new world accurately ...
2. We, the souls with divine intellects, are the conquerors of the mind, the conquerors of maya, the conquerors of the five elements and so the conquerors of the world...we are the charitable souls, the deity souls, the religious souls and the great souls in this imperishable eternal drama...we are ever-healthy for 21 births by taking an injection of manmanabhav from the Imperishable Surgeon...we are the world servers, the world transformers and the world benefactors, who donate the jewels of knowledge imbibed in the apron of our intellects, make our own lives and the lives of others just like diamonds, and use our time, money and energy in a worthwhile way...
3. I belong to the One Father and none other...with concentration in this awareness and stabilizing in this constant and stable stage, by not allowing the awareness of any other soul into our thoughts or dreams, by not being subservient or attached to anyone else, by being introverted, we, the fortunate souls, become decorated with imperishable and true tilak of “suhag” (sign of being wed –constantly with the beloved)...
