स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम आत्माएँ, ज्ञान की बुल-बुल बनकर औरों की तकदीर ऊँच बनानेवाली और आप समान बनानेवाली, ज्ञान सागर से निकली हुई ज्ञान गंगाएँ हैं...बुद्धि की लाइन क्लीन और क्लियर रख, एक बाप के साथ से ही कनेक्शन जोडनेवाले, और संग तोड़ एक संग जोडनेवाले, अतीन्द्रिय सुख के झूले में झूलनेवाले और जीतेजी मरनेवाले, वानप्रस्थ अवस्था में सतोप्रधान अवस्था वाले, बाबा के साथ सुखधाम वाया शन्तिधाम, वाणी से परे स्थान, स्वीट साइलेन्स होम जानेवाले,बेगर टू प्रिन्स हैं...
२. हम आत्माएँ, बेहद के बाप को याद करनेवाले, पढ़ने और पढ़ाने से सर्व गुण सम्पन्न, सोलह कला सम्पूर्ण, सम्पूर्ण निर्विकारी, मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम, डबल अहिंसक,डबल ताज धारी सतयुग के देवता हैं...दैवी घराने के भाती हैं....
३. हम लायक आत्माएँ, कायदेसिर पढ़नेवाले, कदम-कदम में पदम जमा करनेवाले, बीमारी में भी जादुई मुरली रेगयुलर और पंकचुअल सुनकर रीफ़्रेश होकर कमाईकरनेवाले, निरन्तर याद की यात्रा के यात्री, ऊँच पद पानेवाले विश्व के मालिक हैं...प्रिन्स-प्रिन्सेज हैं...
४. हम हर्षित आत्माएँ, चैतन्य गुणवान फूल, धरणी से उपर रहनेवाले, एक बाप को ही याद करनेकी प्रतिज्ञा करनेवाले, गृहस्त व्यवहार में रहते हुए भी कमल फूल समान पवित्र हैं... सबको बाप का पैगाम पहुँचानेवाले अच्छे कैरेक्टर वाले बच्चे हैं..
५. हम आत्माएँ, पुरानी दुनिया, पुरानी देह सहित देह के सम्बंध, सम्पर्क ,वस्तु, वैभव पदार्थ के लगाव से मुक्त, कर्मबंधनों से मुक्त, रूहानी सम्पत्ति वाले जीवन मुक्त फ़रिश्ते हैं... बेहद के मार्ग के पुरुषार्थी, बाप के लव में लवलीन, बाप समान शक्तिशाली और सर्व बातों में सेफ, मायप्रूफ हैं...

The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba...the Unlimited Father...
Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the souls, the Ganges of knowledge emerging from the Ocean of Knowledge, are the nightingales of knowledge, who, by making others equal to ourselves, make their fortunes elevated...we keep the line of our intellect clean and clear, and connect it to the One Father...we break all other worldly connections and connect to the One Father...we swing on the swing of super sensuous joy...we die alive and are in the stage of retirement and in the stage of being satopradhan...we go to the land of happiness via the land of peace, the land beyond sound, the sweet home, with the Father...from being beggars, we become princes...
2. By remaining in the remembrance of the Unlimited Father, studying and teaching others, we, the souls, become, full of all divine virtues, sixteen celestial degrees full, completely vice less, the most elevated human beings following the code of conduct, doubly non-violent deities of the golden age wearing double crowns...we are members of the deity clan...
3. We, the worthy souls, are the masters of the world who study systematically, accumulate multimillions at every step, regularly and punctually listen to the magical murli even when ill, become refreshed and earn an income ...we are the pilgrims on the constant pilgrimage of remembrance who attain a very high status...we are the princes and princesses...
4. We, the cheerful souls, are the living flowers, full of virtues...we make a promise to remember the One Father alone, and stay high above the ground...we are pure like the lotus flower even while living in a household...we are the children with good characters who give everyone the Father’s message...
5. We, the souls, are free from the attachment of the old world, the old body and it’s consciousness, the connections, the relationships, the material, things, comforts, wealth, and free from the bondages of karma...we are the angels with the wealth of spiritual love, liberated in life... we are the maya-proof effort-makers on the unlimited path...by remaining lost in the love of the Father, we become powerful and safe in all situations just like the Father...

Hum atmaayen, gyan ki bul-bul banker auron ki takdeer oonch banaanewali aur aap samaan banaanewali gyan sagar se nikli hui gyan gangaayen hain...buddhi ki lain kleen aur kliyar rakh, ek baap ke saath se hi kanekshan jodnewale, aur sang tod ek sang jodnewale, atindriy sukh ke jhoole men jhoolnewale aur jeete jee marnewale, vaanprasth avastha men satopradhan avastha wale, baba ke saath sukhdhaam vaya shantidhaam, vaani se pare sthaan, sweet saailens hom men jaanewale, begar too prins hain...
2. Hum atmaayen, behad ke baap ko yaad karnewale, padhne aur padhaane se sarv gu n sampann, solah kala sampoorn, sampoorn nirvikaari, maryada purushattam, dbl ahinsak, dbl taaj dhaari satyug ke devta hain...daivy gharaane ke bhaati hain....
3. Hum laayak atmaayen, kaaydesir padhnewale, kadam-kadam men padam jama karnewale, beemaari men bhi jaadui murli regyular aur pankchual sunkar rifresh hokar kamaai karnewale, nirantar yaad ki yaatra ke yaatri, oonch pad paanewale vishv ke maalik hain...prins-prinsej hain...
4. Hum harshit atmaayen, chaitany gu n vaan phool, dharni se upar rahnewale, ek baap ko hi yaad karneki pratigya karnewale, gruhast vyvhaar men rahte hue bhi kamal phool samaan pavitr hain... sabko baap ka paigaam pahunchaanewale achche kairektar wale bachche hain..
5. Hum atmaayen, puraani duniya, purani deh sahit deh ke sambandh, sampark ,vastu, vaibhav padaarth ke lagaav se mukt, karmbandhanon se mukt, ruhaani sampattiwale jeewan mukt fariste hain... behad ke maarg ke purushaarthi, baap ke lav men lavleen, baap samaan shaktishaali aur sarv baton men sef, mayaproof hain...
