स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम आत्माएँ, मन जीत, ५ विकार रूपी रावण जीत, माया जीत सो जगत जीत हैं...शिव बाबा की ब्रह्मा की पोस्ट ऑफीस द्वारा दी हुई डायरेक्शन और श्रेष्ठ मत फॉलो करनेवाले, श्रेष्ठ स्थिति वाले, श्रेष्ठ पद वाले, शुरूद बुद्धिवाले, स्थेरियम, सावधान,खबरदार और होशियार हैं...

२. हम आत्माएँ, नॉलेजफुल बाप के मास्टर नॉलेजफुल बच्चे हैं...बेहद की यात्रा पर मूलवतन, सूक्ष्मवतन, स्थूलवतन को पहचाननेवाले, ऊँच मर्तबे वाले, त्रिनेत्री, त्रिकाल दर्शी,त्रिलोकी नाथ हैं... मनमनाभव होकर, स्वदर्शनचक्र फिरानेवाले, योग बल से विश्व ले मालिक हैं...
३. हम आत्माएँ, कल्याणकारी संगम युग में शिव बाबा के रचे हुए यज्ञ के ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली सतयुग स्थापन करनेवाले ब्राह्मण, सब भाई-बहन हैं... राज योग सीखनेवाले,अपार खुशी में रहनेवाले, आनंद का अनुभव करनेवाले, ब्राह्मण सो देवता हैं...लौकिक बाप की गोद से निकल पारलौकिक बाप की गोद में जानेवाले, सबसे बड़ा इम्तिहान पास करनेवाले, राजाओं के राजा हैं...
४. हम आत्माएँ, स्वयं से, सेवा से और सर्व से संतुष्ट और सदा प्रसन्न चित, दिल-दिमाग़ सदा आराम, सुख चैन की स्थित वाले, स्वयं को सर्व की दुआओं के विमान में ऊड़नेवाले, सच्चे दिल से दाता, विधाता और वरदाता को राज़ी कर रूहानी मौज में रहनेवाले, संतुष्टमणी हैं...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the souls, are the conquerors of the mind, the conquerors of the five Ravan - like vices, the conquerors of Maya and so the conquerors of the world... we follow the directions and elevated teachings of Shiv Baba given through the post office of Brahma... we are stable in an elevated stage, an elevated status, and with shrewd intellect we are very watchful, cautious, and alert...
2. We, the souls, are the master knowledge-full children of the Knowledge-full Father... on the unlimited pilgrimage, we have the recognition of the incorporeal world, the subtle world and the corporeal world, and enjoy a high status...we are trinetri, trikaldarshi and trilokinath...while being manmanabhav we spin the discus of self realization, and become the masters of the world with the power of yoga...
3. We, the souls, are the mouth-born Brahmins created by Brahma, who establish the golden age at the benevolent confluence age...we are all brothers and sisters...we learn Raj Yoga, remain in infinite happiness, and experience bliss...we become deities from being Brahmins...from the lap of the lokik (worldly) father, we go to the lap of the parlokik (beyond this world) Father, pass the biggest exam and become the kings of all kings...
4. We, the souls, are the jewels of contentment...we are content with the self, with the service and with all others... we are constantly happy...the head and heart are always in a state of comfort and restful and happy stage... we fly in the vimaan (plane) of blessings from everyone, please the Bestower, the Bestower of Fortune, and the Bestower of Blessings with a true heart, and constantly stay in a spiritual pleasure...

1. Hum atmaayen, man jeet, 5 vikaar roopi ravan jeet, maya jeet so jagat jeet hain...Shiv Baba ki Brahma ki post office dwara di hui daayrekshan aur shresth mat follow karnewale, shreshth sthiti wale, shreshth pad wale, shurood buddhiwale, stheriyam, saavdhaan, khabardaar aur hoshiyaar hain...
2. Hum atmaayen, nolej ful baap ke nolej ful bachche hain...behad ki yaatra par moolvatan, sukshmvatan, sthoolvatan ko pahchaan newale, oonch martabe wale, trinetri, trikaal darshi, triloki nath hain... man mana bhav hokar, swa darshan chakrdhaari firaanewale, yog bal se vishv le maalik hain...
3. Hum atmaayen, kalyaankaari sangam yug men brahma mukh vanshaavali satyug sthaapan karnewale Brahman, sab bhai-bahan hain... raj yog seekhnewale, apaar khushi men rahnewale, anand ka anubhav karnewale, brahman so devta hain...laukik baap ki god se nikal parlaukik baap ki god men jaanewale, sabse bada imtihaan paas karnewale, rajaon ke raja hain...
4. Hum atmaayen, swayam se, seva se aur sarv se santusht, sada prasann chit wale, dil-dimaag sada aaraam, sukh chain ki sthit wale, swayam ko sarv ki duaon ke vimaan men oodnewale, sachche dil se data, vidhaata aur vardaata ko raaji kar ruhaani mauj men rahnewale, santusht mani hain...
