स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम आत्माएँ, सच्चे, साफ़ और स्पष्ट दिलवाले, सभी भूतों को निकाल, ५ विकारोंजीत, रावणजीत, मायाजीत हैं...चैरिटी बिगिन्स एट होम...गृहस्त व्यवहार में रहते कमल फूल समान पवित्र रहनेवाले, पहले परिवार के कल्याणकारी हैं ... शिव साजन की शृंगारी सजनियाँ हैं ...गॉड गॉडेज हैं...
२. हम छोटी आत्माएँ, ८४ जन्मों के पार्ट से भरपूर, जो घिसते नहीं, फार एवर चलते हैं, नाटक में स्टेज पर नंबरवार आनेवाले एकटर्स हैं.. बेहद के बाप के बेहद के बच्चे, बेहद के वर्से के अधिकारी, बाप की बेहद की सेवा में मददगार हैं... योगबल से गुप्त वेश में किंगडम स्थापन करनेवाले, नव युग, नई दुनिया, नव जीवन स्थापन करनेवाले, स्वर्ग के मालिक हैं...
३. हम देही अभिमानी आत्माएँ, रुद्र ज्ञान यज्ञ के शिव वंशी ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली ब्राह्मण हैं... पतित पावन,सदगति दाता से सब राज़ समझनेवाले, ज्ञान के बाण और तीरवाले, गुप्त शक्ति वाले, बीज और सारे झाड़ का ज्ञान जाननेवाले, ज्ञान के खजानों से भरपूर, कोटो में कोई हैं...ईश्वर की मत श्रीमत पर चलनेवाले, मुक्ति,जीवन मुक्ति पानेवाले, ब्राह्मण सो देवता हैं...
४. हम आत्माएँ, सुख के सागर के सन्तान, मास्टर सुख के सागर हैं...सदा खुशनुमः हैं...श्रेष्ठ स्मृति से श्रेष्ठ स्थिति, और श्रेष्ठ वृत्ति में स्थित रहनेवाले, सुखमय स्थिति बनानेवाले, सुख स्वरूप हैं...समय, श्वास और संकल्प के खजानों को व्यर्थ से बचानेवाले, समर्थ बननेवाले, तीव्र पुरुषार्थी हैं...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the souls, with pure, clean and clear hearts, remove all the evil spirits from within us and become the conquerors of the 5 vices, the conquerors of Ravan and the conquerors of Maya...charity begins at home...even while living in a household, we remain as pure as a lotus flower and benefit the family...we are the decorated brides of the Bridegroom, Shiv...we are the gods and goddesses...
2. We, the tiny souls, with the parts of 84 births recorded in us, that cannot be erased and continue forever, are actors, who come on the stage of the play, number wise...we are the unlimited children of the unlimited Father, the helpers in His unlimited service, claiming a right to the unlimited inheritance...we are the masters of heaven who establish the kingdom, the new age, the new world, a new life, with the power of yoga in an incognito manner....
3. We, the soul conscious souls, are the Brahmins of the sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra, the mouth-born progeny of Brahma, belonging to the Shiv clan...we understand all the secrets from the Purifier Father, the Bestower of Salvation...we are armed with incognito powers and the bows and arrows of knowledge... we are the handful out of the multimillions, who know the Seed, and the knowledge of the whole tree... we are overflowing with the treasures of knowledge...from Brahmins we become deities by following the Godly directions, the shrimat, and attaining liberation and liberation-in-life...
4. By being the children of the Ocean of Happiness, we, the souls, become the master oceans of happiness...we are constantly happy...we are the embodiments of happiness who have elevated awareness, elevated stage, and elevated attitude...we make our stage full of pleasure...we are the intense effort-makers who protect our treasures of time, breath and thoughts from being wasted, and become powerful...

2. Hum chhoti atmaayen, 84 janmon ke paart, jo ghiste nahi, faar evar chalte hai, se bharpoor,naatak men stej par numbarwaar aanewale ektars hain.. behad ke baap ke behad ke bachche, behad ke varse ke adhikaari, baap ki behad ki seva ke madadgaar hain... yogbal se gupt vesh men kingdam sthaapan karnewale, nav yug, nai duniya, nav jeewan sthaapan karnewale, swarg ke maalik hain...
3. Hum dehi abhimaani atmaayen, rudr gyan yagy ke shiv vansi brahma mukh vanshaavali Brahman hain... patit paavan, sadgati data se sab raaz samajhnewale, gyan ke baan aur teerwale, gupt shakti wale, beej aur sare jhaad ka gyan jaan newale, gyan ke khajaanon se bharpoor, koto men koi hain...ishwar ki mat shrimat par chalnewale, mukti, jeewan mukti paanewale, brahman so devta hain...

Hum atmaayen, sukh ke sagar ke santan, mastar sukh ke sagar hain...sada khushnumah hain...shreshth smriti se shreshth sthithi, aur shreshth vritti men sthith rahanewale, sukhmay sthiti banaanewale, sukh swaroop hain...samay, shwaas aur sankalp ke khajaanon ko vyarth se bachaanewale, Samarth ban newale, tivr purushaarthi hain...
