स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास: १. हम आत्माएँ, विश्व परिवर्तक सो विश्व कल्याणकारी हैं... युद्ध स्थल पर उपस्थित, अस्त्र शस्त्र से शृंगारे हुए, एक ही सेकण्ड में किसी भी प्रकार के ऑर्डर को,चाहें संकल्प का, चाहें स्मृति का, चाहें स्थिति का, चाहें वृत्ति का, चाहें दृष्टि का हो, उनको प्रैक्टिकल में लानेपर, अन्य आत्माओं को संतुष्ट और वायुमंडल का परिवर्तन करनेवाले, सदा शुभ चिंतन में रहनेवाले, एवर-रेडी , नशे और निश्चय वाले विजयी माला के शुभ-चिंतक रूहानी योद्धा हैं... सर्व शक्तियों से भरपूर, सर्व शक्ति यों से सम्पन्न, बाप के लाइट हाउस और माइट हाउस सहयोगी, फॉलो फ़ादर हैं...
२. हम आत्माएँ, सदा साक्षी और सदा साथिपन के कवच धारी हैं... सर्व शक्तियाँ हर समय ऑर्डर माननेवाली, मस्तिष्क में सदा मस्तक मणी की चमक वाले,नैनों में रूहानी लाइट और माईट वाले, सर्व को नॉलेज की लाइट देनेवाले, मुक्ति और जीवन मुक्ति का मार्ग दिखाने के निमित्त, सर्व को हर्षित करानेवाले ,हर्षित हैं...हर सेकण्ड व हर संकल्प के महत्व को जान, अपने को महान, सर्व श्रेष्ठ बनानेवाले, व्यर्थ को समाप्त करनेवाले, समर्थ हैं.....परख ने की शक्ति से स्वयं और सेवा प्रति प्रयोग कर कमज़ोरियों को मिटानेवाले, सर्व के प्रति उन्हों को इच्छा पूर्वक सम्पन्न करनेवाले, महादानी, महावरदानी हैं...
३. हम आत्माएँ,अपनी विशेषता को जाननेवाले, विशेषता में रहनेवाले, और विषशता से ईश्वरिय कार्य में सदा सहयोगी बननेवाले, बपदादा के अति स्नेही, सरल योगी, सहज योगी और स्वतः योगी हैं...आँलमाइटी अथॉरिटी के समीप सन्तान की खुमारी और खुशी वाले, सर्व प्राप्ति सम्पन्न, बाप समान हैं...बाप के सम्बन्ध में फरमानबरदार, शिक्षक के सम्बन्ध में वफ़ादार और ईमानदार, और सतगुरु के सम्बन्ध में आज्ञाकारी, त्रिमूर्ति स्नेही हैं...
४. हम आत्माएँ,वर्ल्ड आँलमाइटी अथॉरिटी के सनतान, अपने संस्कार, स्वभाव और संकल्पों पर विजयी मास्टर आँलमाइटी अथॉरिटी हैं...स्वयं को लॉ एण्ड ऑर्डर से चलानेवाले, स्व राज्य अधिकारी, विश्व पर लॉ एण्ड ऑर्डर के नये राज्य के अधिकारी हैं...
५. हम आत्माएँ, त्रिनेत्री, त्रिकालदर्शी और त्रिलोकिनाथ हैं... हर समय, हर बात में हर सब्जेक्ट में और हर सम्बन्ध की विशेषता में स्वयं की महीन रूप से चेकिंग कर अपनी तकदीर चेंज करनेवाले, भविष्य महान पद की एयर –कन्डीशन सीट की बुकिंग करनेवाले अष्ट रतन हैं... अपने को जब चाहें, जहाँ चाहें, जैसे चाहें,जितना चाहें वैसे सेट करनेवाले, सर्व खजाने जमा करनेवाले तीव्र पुरुषार्थी हैं...
६. हम आत्माएँ,अपना तन-मन-धन प्रभु को समरपीत करनेवाले बेफिकर बादशाह हैं...अपने निजी लाइट स्वरूप की स्मृति में रहकर व्यर्थ समय, व्यर्थ संग, व्यर्थ वातावरण को सहज समर्थ में परिवर्तन करनेवाले, ब्राह्मण परिवार के सम्बन्ध में, सेवा के सम्बन्ध में डबल लाइट हैं...पूराने संस्कार और संसार के रिश्तों से परे,किसी देहधारी व्यक्ति या वस्तु के आकर्षण से परे, फरिश्ते पन की स्थिति वाले तीव्र पुरुषार्थी हैं...

Praise of Baba: The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba....
Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the souls, are the world transformers, and so the world benefactors....we are present on the battle field, equipped with all armaments...we bring into practical form any type of order within a second, whether it is of thoughts, or of the awareness, or of the stage, or of attitude or of vision ...we make many souls content, transform the environment, and always maintain positive thoughts... with faith and intoxication, we are the ever-ready spiritual warriors of the rosary of victory, who constantly have positive thoughts...we are full and complete and overflowing with all powers...we are the co-operative souls that are light houses and might houses who follow the Father...
2. We, the souls, are detached observers, wearing the armor of constant companions...all powers accept our order all the time; we constantly have the sparkle of the jewel on the forehead; our eyes have spiritual light and might and are the instruments to show all souls the light of knowledge and the path to liberation and liberation-in-life; our smiling faces spread cheer...we know the importance of every second and of every thought and make ourselves great and the most elevated...we become powerful by eliminating waste...with the power to recognize for the self and for service, we finish our own weaknesses and make others full according to their desires and become great donors and great bestowers of blessings...
3. We, the souls, are the simple yogis, the easy-natured yogis, the natural yogis who are deeply loved by the Father... we know our specialties, maintain our specialties, and use them for Godly tasks by being co-operative...we are full of intoxication and happiness of being a child of the Almighty Authority...we are full of all attainments and close to Him, and equal to Him...we are the Trimurti loving souls ...in our relationship with Him as the Father, we always follow His guidance; in our relationship with Him as the Teacher, we are faithful and honest in following His teachings...in our relationship with Him as the Satguru, we obey every direction...
4. By being the children of the World Almighty Authority, we, the souls, are the master almighty authorities, victorious over our sanskars, nature and thoughts...we are the self sovereigns who maintain law and order over ourselves, and claim a right to rule the kingdom of law and order of the new world...
5. We, the souls, are trinetri, trikaldarshi and trilokinath...we are one of the eight jewels who make a booking for an air-conditioned seat for the future high status...we check ourselves at the subtle level in every aspect, in every subject and in the specialty of every relationship, and change our fortune....we are the intense effort-makers who have accumulated all treasures and are set on our seat whenever we want, wherever we want, whatever stage we want and for as long as we want...
6. We, the souls, are the carefree emperors who surrender our body, mind and wealth to God...we remain in the awareness of our original form of light and transform the wastage of time, wasteful company and wasteful atmosphere into something powerful and remain double light....we remain light in terms of the Brahmin family and in terms of service ...we are the intense effort-makers who attain the angelic stage by being beyond the relationships of the old sanskars and the old world, and by being beyond attraction of any bodily beings or possessions ...

1. Hum atmaayen, vishv parivartak so vishv kalyaankaari hain... yuddh sthal par upasthith, astr shastr se shringaare hue, ek hi sekand men kisi bhi prakaar ke order ko, chaahen sankalp ka, chaahen smriti ka, chaahen sthiti ka, chaahen vritti ka, chaahen drishti ka ho, unko praiktikal men laanepar, any atmaon ko santusht aur vaayumandal ka parivartan karnewale, sada shubh chintan men rahnewale, evar-redy nashe aur nishchay wale vijayi mala ke shubh-chintak ruhaani yoddha hain... sarv shaktiyon se bharpoor, sarv shakti yon se sampann, baap ke laait haaus aur maait haaus sahyogi, follow fader hain...
2. Hum atmaayen, sada saakshi aur sada saathipan ke kavchdhaari hain... sarv shaktiyaan har samay order maannewali, mastishk men sada mastak mani ki chamak wale, nainon men ruhaani laait aur maaait wale, sarv ko nolej ki laait denewale, mukti aur jeewan mukti ka maarg dikhane ke nimitt, sarv ko harshit karaanewale , harshit hain...har sekand v har sankalp ke mahatv ko jaan, apne ko mahaan, sarv shresht banaanewale, vyarth ko samaapt karnewale, Samarth hain.....parakh ne ki shakti se swayam aur seva prati prayog kar kamjoriyon ko mitaanewale, sarv ke prati unhon ko ichchha poorvak sampann karnewale, mahadaaani, maha vardaani hain...

Hum atmaayen,apne visheshta ko jaan newale, visheshta men rahnewale, aur vishshta se ishwariya kaary men sada sahyogi ban newale, bapdada ke ati snehi, saral yogi, sahaj yogi aur swatah yogi hain...almaity aan thority ke sameep santan ki khumaari aur khushi wale, sarv praapti sampann, baap samaan hain...baap ke sambandh men farmaan bar daar, shikshak ke sambandh men wafaadaar aur imaandaar, aur satguru ke sambandhh men agya kaari, tri moorti snehi hain...
4. Hum atmaayen,warld almaaity authority ke santaan, apne sanskaar, swabhav aur sankalpon par vijayi mastar almaaity authority hain...swayam ko law and ordar se chalaanewale, sw rajy adhikaari, vishv par law and ordar ke naye rajy ke adhikaari hain...

Hum atmaayen, trinetri, trikaaldarshi aur trilokinath hain... har samay, har baat men har sabjekt men aur har sambandh ki visheshta men swayam ki maheen roop se cheking kar apne takdeer chenj karnewale, bhavishy mahaan pad ki eyr –kandishan seet ki booking karnewale asht ratan hain... apne ko jab chaahen, jahaan chaahen, jaise chaahen, jitna chaahen vaise set karnewale, sarv khajaan jama karnewale tivr purushaarthi hain...

Hum atmaayen,apna tan-man-dhan prabhu ko samarpeet karnewale befikar badshah hain...apne nijii laait swaroop ki smriti men rahkar vyarth samay, vyarth sang, vyarth vaatavaran ko sahaj samarth men parivartan karnewale, brahman parivaar ke sambadh men, seva ke sambandh men d b l laait hain...pooraane sanskaar aur sansaar ke rishton se pare, kisi dehdhaari vyakti ya vastu ke aakarshan se pare, farishte pan ki sthitiwale tivr pushaarthi hain...
