स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास: १. हम निराकारी आत्माएँ, परलोक निराकारी लोक की रहवासी, ऊँच ते ऊँच भगवान की श्रेष्ठ मत, या श्रीमत पर चल,दुःख के लोक से परलोक साकारी लोक सुख धाम (पवित्र स्थान) में जानेवाले, हम सो देवता, क्षत्रिय, वैश्य, शूद्र, ब्राह्मण सो देवता हैं....सर्व गु ण सम्पन्न, १६ कला सम्पूर्ण, सम्पूर्ण निर्विकारी, मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम, अहिंसा परमो धर्म वाले , सतयुगी वैकुंठ के चक्रवर्ती राजा रानी हैं...
२. हम स्टार मिसल आत्माएँ, अलौकिक , दिव्य , श्रेष्ठ, महान और हीरे तुल्य जन्म वाले ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली रुद्र ज्ञान यज्ञके ब्राह्मण, आपस मैं सब भाई बहन हैं...गृहस्त व्यवहार में रहते हुए कमल फूल समान पवित्र रहनेवाले, योग बल से ५विकारों पर जीत पानेवाले पांडव हैं....इस अंतिम जन्म में पवित्र रहकर अशोक वाटिका में जानेवाले, हीरे जैसा भारत,शिवालय , सुखधाम, के मालिक हैं...
३. हम आत्माएँ सम्पूर्ण पवित्र हैं...पवित्रता, ब्राह्मण जीवन का फाउनडेशन है, स्व धर्म है, आदि अनादि स्वरूप है, श्रिन्गार है,जन्म सिद्ध अधिकार है, निजी संस्कार है, रायल्टी है, सुख शांति की जननी है, पर्सनालिटी है, जिस से सेवा में सहज सफलता मिलती है...अपवित्रता का अंश और वंश नष्ट करनेवाले, हिम्मत का एक कदम रख बाबा से हज़ार गुणा मदद पानेवाले,सम्पूर्ण निर्विकारी नंबर वन विजयी, विष्णु की माला के दाने हैं...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the incorporeal souls, are the residents of the incorporeal world beyond...we follow the most elevated directions, the shrimat of the Highest-on-high God and go to the corporeal world of happiness (Sukhdham, a pure place) that is beyond...we were deities, warriors, merchants, shudras, have now become Brahmins and will become deities once more...we are full of all divine virtues, 16 celestial degrees full, completely vice less, the most elevated human beings following the highest code of conduct, with non-violence as the supreme religion...we are the kings and queens of the globe, the golden aged heaven...
2. We, the star-like souls, the Brahmins of the sacrificial fire of knowledge of Rudra, the mouth-born creations of Brahma, with an alokik, divine, elevated, great and diamond-like birth, are all brothers and sisters...we remain pure as a lotus flower even while living in a household...we are the Pandavs who conquer the five vices through the power of yoga...by staying pure in this last birth, we go to the cottage free from sorrow, and become the masters of diamond-like Bharat ,Shivalay, the land of happiness...
3. We, the souls, are completely pure...purity is the foundation of Brahmin life, the original religion, the original and eternal form, the decoration, the birthright, the original sanskar, royalty, the mother of peace and happiness, and the personality, with easily enables us to attain success...we destroy every trace and it’s progeny of impurity, take one step of courage and receive a thousand steps of help from Baba...we are the completely vice less number one victorious beads in the rosary of Vishnu...

Swamaan aur atma abhyas:
1. Hum niraakaari atmaayen, parlok niraakaari lok ki rahwaasi, oonch te oonch bhagwaan ki shreshth mat, ya shrimat par chal,duhkh ke lok se parlok saakaari lok sukh dhaam (pavitr sthaan) men jaanewale, hum so devta, kshatriy, vaishy, shudr, Brahman so devta hain....sarv gu n sampann, 16 kala sampoorn, sampoorn nirvikaari, maryaada purushottam, ahinsa parmo dharma, satyugi vaikunth ke chakravarty raja rani hain...
2. Hum staar missal atmaayen, alokik, divvy, shreshth, mahaan aur heere tuly janm wale brahma mukh vanshaavali rudr gyan yagya ke Brahman, aapas main sab bhai bahan hain...gruhast vyvhaar men rahte hue kamal phool samaan pavitr rahnewale, yog bal se 5 vikaaron par jeet paanewale Pandav hain....is antim janm men pavitr rahkar ashok vaatika men jaanewale, heere jaisa bharat, Shivaalay , sukhdhaam, ke maalik hain...
3. Hum atmaayen sampoorn pavitr hain...pavitrta, Brahman jeewan ka faaundeshan hai,sw dharm hai, adi anaadi swaroop hai, shringaar hai, janm siddh adhikaar hai, niji sanskaar hai, royalty hai, sukh shanti ki jan ni hai, parsnaality hai, jis se seva men sahaj safalta milti hai...apavitrta ka ansh aur vansh nasht karnewale, himmat la ek kadam rakh baba se hazaar guna madad paanewale, sampoorn nirvikaari nambar van vijayi Vishnu ki mala ke daane hain...

मुरली सार :- ''मीठे बच्चे - बाप आये हैं तुम्हें इस दु:ख के लोक से निकाल सुख के धाम में ले जाने, धाम पवित्र स्थान को कहा जाता है''प्रश्न: यह बेहद का खेल किन दो शब्दों के आधार पर बना हुआ है? उत्तर: ''वर्सा और श्राप'' बाप सुख का वर्सा देते, रावण दु:ख का श्राप देता, यह बेहद की बात है। देवी-देवता धर्म वाले बाप से वर्सा लेतेहैं। आधाकल्प के बाद फिर रावण श्राप देता है। तुम बच्चों को अब स्मृति आई कि हम निराकारी दुनिया में रहते थे फिर सुख का पार्टबजाया। हम सो देवता, क्षत्रिय, वैश्य, शूद्र बनें, अब ब्राह्मण बन देवता बनते हैं। गीत:- ओम् नमो शिवाए.....
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:
1) इस अन्तिम जन्म में राम की मत पर चलना है। कभी भी राम की शरण छोड़ रावण की शरण में जाकर बाप की निंदा नहीं करानीहै।
2) सजाओं से छूटने के लिए योगी बन विकर्म विनाश करने हैं। पवित्र दुनिया में चलने के लिए पवित्र जरूर बनना है।

वरदान: सर्व विकारों के अंश का भी त्याग कर सम्पूर्ण पवित्र बनने वाले नम्बरवन विजयी भव सम्पूर्ण पवित्र वह है जिसमें अपवित्रता का अंश-मात्र भी न हो। पवित्रता ही ब्राह्मण जीवन की पर्सनैलिटी है। यह पर्सनैलिटी ही सेवा मेंसहज सफलता दिलाती है। लेकिन यदि एक भी विकार का अंश है तो दूसरे साथी भी उसके साथ जरूर होंगे। जैसे पवित्रता के साथसुख-शान्ति है, ऐसे अपवित्रता के साथ पांचों विकारों का गहरा संबंध है, इसलिए एक भी विकार का अंश न रहे तब नम्बरवन विजयीबनेंगे।
स्लोगन: हिम्मत का एक कदम रखो तो हजार गुणा मदद मिल जायेगी।
