Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the souls, imbibe the sweet points given by the Father’s light of knowledge, do our tasks with love, and become very sweet, like milk and sugar...by remembering the Father and the inheritance we become joyful and remain smiling...we remain as pure as a lotus flower while living in a household...by constantly remembering the Father alone, we absolve our sins in the fire of yoga, remove the alloy and rubbish, make the soul pure gold and receive a pure (kanchan) body in the future... we are full of all divine virtues, sixteen celestial degrees full, completely vice less, the most elevated human beings following the highest code of conduct, doubly non-violent, wearing a crown, anointed with a tilak, and seated on the royal throne of a kingdom...
2. We, the souls, the ones in solitude, remain constantly lost in the depths of One... we are the true and firm karmyogis and Raj Yogis, who, with elevated awareness have an elevated stage, with an elevated stage, have an elevated attitude, with an elevated attitude have elevated vision, with elevated vision have elevated actions, elevated experiences and so an elevated world... we are soul conscious (while performing actions), soul conscious (in remembrance), spiritually conscious, God conscious, have knowledge of God, obtain blessings from God, and are made fortunate by God...

4. Purity is royalty...purity is realty...purity is the foundation, the original religion and the most elevated decoration of Brahmin life... purity is the mother of peace and happiness.... by imbibing purity, we, the souls, experience super sensuous joy and sweet silence... we become great, elevated and worthy of worship by putting a full stop to thinking, seeing, speaking or doing anything wasteful, and attain blessings and congratulations from BapDada’s heart...

स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम आत्माएँ, बाप की ज्ञान की रोशनी की मीठी मीठी बातें धारण कर प्यार से काम निकाल क्षिरखण्ड बनकर रहनेवाले, बाप और वर्से को याद कर हर्षित बन मुस्कराते रहनेवाले, घर गृहस्त में रहते कमल फूल समान पवित्र रहनेवाले,बाप को मामेकम याद कर योग अग्नि में विकर्म दग्ध कर, खाद और कीचड़ा निकाल कर कंचन आत्मा बनाकर फिर कंचन काया पानेवाले, सर्व गुण संपन्न, सोलह कला सम्पूर्ण, सम्पूर्ण निर्विकारी, मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम, डबल अहिंसक,राजधानी के ताजधारी, तिलकधारी, तख्तधारी हैं...
२. हम आत्माएँ, सदा एक के अंत में खोए हुए एकान्तवासी हैं... अपनी श्रेष्ठ स्मृति से श्रेष्ठ स्थिति, श्रेष्ठ स्थिति से श्रेष्ठ वृत्ति, श्रेष्ठ वृत्ति से श्रेष्ठ दृष्टि, श्रेष्ठ दृष्टि से श्रेष्ठ कृति से श्रेष्ठ अनुभूति से श्रेष्ठ सृष्टि बनानेवाले, सच्चे पक्के कर्मयोगी, राजयोगी हैं .... देही अभिमानी, आत्म अभिमानी, रूहानी अभिमानी, परमात्म अभिमानी, परमात्म ज्ञानी, परमात्म वरदानी, परमात्म भाग्य शालि हैं...
३. हम आत्माएँ, बाप से राज योग सीखकर, बाप की तरह, औरों के गाइड बनकर वैकुंठ का रास्ता बतानेवाले, अंधों की लाठी हैं... दिल रूपी दर्पण में अपना चार्ट लिखकर अपने कर्मों का हिसाब चुक्तू करनेवाले, बेहद के सन्यासी बन श्रीमत पर चल श्रेष्ठ बन बाप से मुक्ति जीवन मुक्ति का वर्सा पाकर, पावन दुनिया के मालिक बननेवाले, ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली सो ईश्वर वंशी हैं....बहादुर, निर्भय, निडर, रक्षक बाप भगवान की छत्रछाया में सेफ रहकर सेवा करनेवाले, रूहानी सोशल वर्कर हैं...

1. Hum atmaayen, baap ki gyan ki roshni ki meethi meethi baaten dhaaran kar pyar se kaam nikaal kshirkhand banker rahnewale, baap aur varse ko yaad kar harshit ban muskraate rahnewale, ghar gruhast men rahte kamal phool samaan pavitr rahnewale, baap ko maamekam yaad kar yog agni men vikarm dagdh kar, khaad aur kichda nikaal kar kanchan atma banaakar fir kanchan kaya paanewale, sarv gu n sampann, solah kala sampoorn, sampoorn nirvikaari, maryada purushottam, dbl ahinsak raaj dhaani ke taaj dhaari, tilak dhaari, takht dhaari hain...
2. Hum atmaayen, sada ek ke ant men khoye hue ekaantwaasi hain... apni shreshth smriti se shreshth sthiti, shresth sthiti se shresth vritti, shreshth vritti se shreshth drishti, shreshth drishti se shreshth kriti se shreshth anubhooti se shreshth srishti banaanewale, sachche pakke karm yogi, raj yogi hain .... dehi abhimaani, aatm abhimaani, ruhaani abhimaani, parmaatm abhimaani, parmaatm gyani, parmaatm vardaani, parmaatm bhaagy shaali hain...
3. Hum atmaayen, baap se raj yog sikhkar, baap ki tarah, auron ke gaaid bankar vaikunth ka rasta bataanewale, andhon ki laathi hain... dil roopi darpan men apna chart likhkar apne karmon ka hisaab chuktoo karnewale, behad ke sanyaasi ban shrimat par chal shreshth ban baap se mukti jeewan mukti ka varsa paakar, paavan duniya ke maalik ban newale, brahma mukh vanshaavali so ishwar vanshi hain....bahadur, nirbhay, nidar, rakshak baap bhagwaan ki chatra chaaya men sef ruhaani soshal warkar hain...
4. Pavitrata royalty hai...pavitrta realty hai... pavitrta, Brahman jeewan ka faaundeshan hai, sw dharm hai, shreshth shringaar hai... pavitrta sukh aur shanti ki jan ni hai....Hum atmaayen, pavitrta ko dhaaran kar, atindriy sukh aur sweet saailaens ki anubhooti karnewale, vyarth sochne, dekhne, bolne aur karne men ful stop lagaakar, baap dada ki dil se duaen aur mubaarak paanewale, mahaan, shreshth aur pujy hain...
