Points of Self-Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the souls, become sparkling diamonds with faith and a determined thought...we see other souls as diamonds and make them diamonds...every day from amritvela to night, we look at those in our contact and relationship as diamonds and decrease their darkness...by not being influenced by obstacles or anyone’s nature, we become flawless... we are the powerful destroyers of obstacles destroying the obstacles created by the elements, by other souls or any other adverse situations...
2. We, the souls, perform every task by stabilizing ourselves in the form of an angel, like Brahma Baba...by keeping our thoughts, attitude and vision double light, we become the walking and moving angels sparkling like diamonds...by keeping our form of an angel in our awareness every day at amritvela, we swing in Brahma Baba’s arms in super sensuous joy, and get big-big hugs...we become victorious by remaining safe in the canopy of protection of the Father in any adverse situation...
3. We, the souls, are the most expensive and valuable, priceless and invaluable, flawless and colourful sparkling real diamonds... while walking and moving around in our angelic form, we spread the rays of the eight powers and give the experiences of these powers to others...with firm faith, we face the opposition of the five elements and of other souls during upheavals, with the power to accommodate...we are the conquerors of Maya and the conquerors of the fortune of the world who remain busy in the remembrance of the Father and service ...
4. We, the souls, become avyakt from vyakt (gross) in one second...with the treasures we have accumulated, with our virtues, with our treasures of knowledge, with our drishti filled with blessings, with our power of courage and enthusiasm, with our treasure of happiness and power of co-operation, with every thought filled with benevolence, we make weak souls powerful and become images that grant blessings...

स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
1. हम आत्माएँ, निश्चय और दृढ़ संकल्प से चमकीले डायमण्ड बन औरों को डायमण्ड देखकर डायमण्ड बनानेवाले, हर रोज़, अमृतवेले से रात तक जितने भी सम्बन्ध और सम्पर्क में आएँ, उनकोअपनी दृष्टि से कालापन कम करनेवाले, विघ्न और स्वभाव के परवश, बेदाग हैं...चाहें प्रकृति के विघ्न, चाहें आत्माओं के विघ्न,चाहें अनेक प्रकार की परिस्थितिओं के विघ्न विनाश करनेवाले,पावरफ़ुल विघ्न विनाशक हैं...
2. हम आत्माएँ, ब्रह्मा बाप समान फरिश्ते स्वरूप में स्थित होकर हर कर्म करनेवाले, संकल्प, वृत्ति, दृष्टि डबल लाइट रख , हीरे समान चमकने वाले, चलते फिरते फरिश्ते हैं...हर रोज़ अमृत वेलेउठकर फरिश्ता स्वरूप स्मृति में लाकर, ब्रह्मा बाप के बाहों में अतीन्द्रिय सुख में झूलनेवाले, बड़ी बड़ी भाकी पाकर, तूफ़ानों में, कोई भी परिस्थितिओं में, बाप की छात्र छाया में सेफ रहनेवाले,विजयी हैं...
3. हम आत्माएँ, अनमोल, अमूल्य, कीमती, मूल्यवान, बेदाग, रंगारंगी चमकीले रीयल डायमण्डस हैं...चलते-फिरते अष्ट शक्तियों की किरणें फैलानेवाले, औरों को शक्तियों की अनुभूतिकरानेवाले, फरिश्ता रूप हैं...हलचल में भी अटल, निश्चय से पाँच तत्व और अन्य आत्माओं का सामना समाने की शक्ति से करनेवाले, सदा बाप और सेवा दोनों में बिजी रहनेवाले, मायाजीत सोविश्व के राज्य-भाग्य जीत हैं...
4. हम आत्माएँ, एक सेकण्ड में व्यक्त से अव्यक्त बननेवाले, स्वयं में जमा किए हुए खजानों द्वारा, स्वयं के गुणों द्वारा, स्वयं के ज्ञान खजाने द्वारा, वरदानी दृष्टि द्वारा, हिम्मत हुल्लास कीशक्ति और खुशी के खजाना द्वारा, अपने सहयोग शक्ति से देकर निर्बल व कमजोर आत्माओं को शक्तिशाली बनानेवाले, हर संकल्प हर आत्मा के प्रति कल्याणकारी रखनेवाले, वरदानी मूर्त हैं..
