All of you are instruments. Baba has made each one of you responsible and has given you the task of taking care of his beautiful gift (ORC). Do you constantly experience being detached and yet having Baba as a companion by your side (Saakshi and Saathi). If you don’t then there will be the consciousness of ‘I’ in service which catches hold of us very easily. When we experience Babas company in service then success is guaranteed. So the experience of being a detached observer and experiencing Baba as our companion should be simultaneous.
Baba specially has underlined three words for teachers trusteeship, Egoless and pure words (Nimit, Nirmaan and Nirmal Vaani). While on service always check for any trace of the consciousness of I or mine – my name should be mentioned, my position/role etc. This is very dangerous and needs to be checked minutely. Giving a speech is not a big thing but giving an experience is what Baba wants of us. For Eg: If you introduce Shiv Baba to a group of souls then they should experiencethat Shiv Baba is our father as well. Not just speech but whatever I speak people should be able to have an experience.
Baba has created such a huge and beautiful place for all of you. So it is our joint responsibility to make sure that the place is fully used and souls get the benefit.
We must fulfill Babas expectations. In order to do that we need to have tapasya. We must pay attention to make sure that there is no obstacle in service due to our sanskars. Otherwise it will be a burden on us. Each one should be Eveready for every service at all times. Always be in remembrance and practice to become detached. Brahma Baba was a strict teacher when it came to fulfilling duties. He was very particular of the way in which we all performed our duties – regularity and punctuality were always taken care of. Baba used to suddenly send telegram to some sister and ask her to move to another place immediately. These usually were our test papers and we were expected to immediately say ‘haanji’ and leave by the first available train. Majority all of us passed these tests. If someone said no Baba would relate a very strong murli and give all the teachings in that murli in such a manner that everyone understood and became alert.
Do not note others mistakes. If you do note their mistakes then give that one a lot of love and then suggest corrections. Apply fullstop immediately and do the dance of sanskars. Make sure that Babas remembrance and company is always there and let never get into clashes. Develop understanding for each others sanskars and extend good wishes and notes of cooperation in a very detached manner. Always remain obedient to any directions you get from the seniors.
