2) अपनी जांच करके स्वयं की परीक्षा लेनी है कि कोई भी कर्मेन्द्रिय चलायमान तो नहीं होती है? काम विकार पर विजय पाई है? देही-अभिमानी कहाँ तक बने हैं?

जैसे शरीर निर्वाह के लिए अनेक साधन अपनाते हो ऐसे आत्मिक उन्नति के भी साधन अपनाओ, इसके लिए सदा अकालमूर्त स्थिति में स्थिति होने का अभ्यास करो। जो स्वयं को अकालमूर्त (आत्मा) समझकर चलते हैं वह अकाले मृत्यु से, अकाल से, सर्व समस्याओं से बच जाते हैं। मानसिक चिंतायें, मानसिक परिस्थितियों को हटाने के लिए सिर्फ अपने पुराने शरीर के भान को मिटाते जाओ।
