स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास: १. हम देही-अभिमानी आत्माएँ, एक बाप को मामेकम याद कर सम्पूर्ण निर्विकारी बननेवाले, अच्छी तरह शिक्षा और दैवी गुण धारण करनेवाले, नई दुनिया की राजधानी की तकदीर बनानेवाले स्वर्ग के मालिक हैं...
२. हम आत्माएँ पवित्र पावन परम पूज्य ऊड़ने और ऊडानेवाले सच्चे सोने के पंछी हैं....श्रीमत को फालो कर श्रेष्ठ बनकर, ब्रह्मा बाबा और मम्मा को सतयुग में फ़ालो करनेवाले शिवालयके रहवासी हैं...
३. हम आत्माएँ, ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली, अलौकिक और दिव्य जन्मवाले निर्विकल्प मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम ब्राह्मण हैं... मनजीत, मायाजीत, प्रकृतिजीत, जगतजीत, सो बाप के सिरताज हैं...शान्ति की किरणे विष्व में फैलानेवाले शान्ति के दूत हैं...

२. हर ईश्वरीय कार्य पर चलना और चलाना:
बाबा बच्चों को ज्ञान युक्त जीवन के नियम बताते हुए कहते, बच्चे, कायदे में ही फ़ायडा है | कायदे को छोड़ने से कार्य बिगड़ जाते हैं | कायदे पर ही ये सृष्टि कायम है, इसलिए, ईश्वरीय नियमों को कभी नही छोड़ना | साथ साथ बाबा कहते बच्चे, क़ानून को कभी अपने हाथ में मत लेना | यदि किसीसे आपका स्वभाव नही मिलता, अथवा संस्कार टकराते हैं, अथवा किसिके बारे में आपको कोई शिकायत है, तो उसके विरुद्ध आप कोई कार्यवाही करने नही लग जाओ, उस पर हाथ ऊठाना, या अन्य किसी प्रकार से ऊसे दण्ड देने का यत्न करना गोया क़ानून को अपने हाथ में लेना | यदि किसिका कोई अवगुण अथवा दोष आपको दुःख देता है तो आप इधर उधर किसी को न बताकर,वातावरण को दोषित न करके, एक बाबा द्वारा शिव बाबा को बताओ तो शिव बाबा उसे स्वयं ही सावधानी दे देंगे |

एक कायदा बाबा यही भी बताया करते की जिस स्थान अथवा जिस कार्य अर्थ किसिको नियुक्त किया गया है, उस समय हरेक को चाहिए की उसे सम्मान और सहयोग दे | चाहे उस ड्युटी पर नियुक्त किया हुआ व्यक्ति आयु में छोटा हो और कम अनुभवी हो | बाबा कहते की जिसे नियुक्त किया गया है, उसे पूरा सहयोग देने ही दैवी मर्यादा है | उसकी कमियाँ देख कर उसका विरोध करना, उससे रूठ जाना अथवा स्वयं को उस कार्य से अलग हटा देना यह आसुरी मर्यादा है | बाबा कहते की यदि किसी में कोई कमी है, तो उस कमी को भरना आप का काम है | उसकी कमियों का वर्णन करते रहना यह महानता नहीं है, उन्हे भरने में ही महानता है |

1. We, the soul conscious souls, are the masters of heaven who constantly remember the One Father, become completely vice less, imbibe the study and divine virtues very well, and make the fortune of a kingdom in the new world ...
2. We, the souls, are birds made of real gold, who are pure, holy, supremely worship-worthy, who fly and make others fly...we are the residents of Shivalay who follow shrimat , become elevated and follow Brahma Baba and Mamma to the golden age....

We, the souls, are the mouth-born creations of Brahma with a alokik and divine birth, are Brahmins who follow the highest code of conduct, free from uncertain thoughts...we are the conquerors of the mind, conquerors of maya, conquerors of the elements, the conquerors of the world and a crown on the Father’s head...we are the messengers of peace who spread the rays of peace throughout the world...

Follow Brahma Baba:
2. To follow every spiritual law and to encourage that in others:
While telling the children the discipline of the path of knowledge, Baba would say: Children there is benefit (fayda) in the laws (kayda). When you stop observing the laws, the task is spoilt. This world is permanently observing laws, therefore, never stop observing Godly laws. Together with this, Baba would say: Children, never take the law into your own hands. If you are not able to get on with someone, if there is a conflict of sanskars, if you have any complaint about anyone, you mustn’t create any opposition against that person. To raise your hand against that person or to try to punish that person in any way means to take the law into your own hands. If anyone’s defect of fault is causing you sorrow, you must not relate it to anyone here and there and spoil the atmosphere, but tell Shiv Baba through one Baba and Shiva Baba will Himself caution that child.
One rule that Baba used to tell us was that whatever place or whoever has been appointed for a task, everyone should give respect and co-operation to that person, even if the person appointed for that duty was younger or less experienced. Baba used to say: To give your full co-operation to the person who has been appointed is the divine code of conduct. To see the weaknesses of that person and to oppose them, to sulk with them or separate yourself from that task is the devilish code of conduct. Baba says: If anyone has weaknesses, it is your duty to fill that gap. To continue to speak about that one’s weaknesses is not greatness. The greatness lies in removing that weakness.

2. Har Ishwariiy kaary par chalna aur chalaana:
Baba bachchon ko gyan yukt jeewan ke niyam bataate hue kahate, bachche, kaayde men hi faayda hai. Kaayde ko chhodne se kaary bigad jaate hain. Kaayde par hi ye srishti kaayam hai, isliye, iishwariiy niyamon ko kabhi nahi chhodna. Saath saath baba kahte bachche, kanoon ko kabhi apne haath men mat lena. Yadi kisise aapka swabhaav nahi milta, athva sanskaar takraate hain, athva kisike baare men aapko koi shikaayat hai, to uske viruddh aap koi kaary vaahi karne nahi lag jaao, us par haath oothaana, ya any kisi prakaar se oose dand deneka yatn karna goya kanoon ko apne haath men lena. Yadi kisika koi avgu n athva dosh aapko duhkh deta hai to aap idhar udhar kisi ko n bataakar, vaataavaran ko doshit n karke, ek Baba dwara Shiv Baba ko bataao to Shiv Baba use swayam hi saavdhaani de denge.
Ek kaayda Baba yahi bhi bataaya karte ki jis sthaan athva jis kaary arth kisiko niyukt kiya gaya hai, us samay harek ko chaahiye ki use samman aur sahyog de. Chahe us dyuti par niyukt kiya hua vyakti aayu men chhota ho aur kam anubhavi ho. Baba kahte ki jise niyukt kiya gaya hai, use poora sahyog dene hi daivy maryada hai. Uski kamiyaan dekh kar uska virodh karna, us se rooth jaana athva swayam ko us kaary se alag hata dena yah aasuri maryaada hai. Baba kahte ki yadi kisi men koi kami hai, to us kami ko bharna aap ka kaam hai. Uski kamiyon ka varnan karte rahna yah mahaanta nahi hai, unhe bharne men hi mahaanta hai.
