स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास: १. हम अशरीरी आत्माएँ, देही-अभिमानी, आत्म-अभिमानी, रूहानी- अभिमानी, परमात्म- अभिमानी परमात्म प्यारे, मनजीत, मायाजीत, प्रकृतिजीत, जगतजीत खुशी के फरिश्ते हैं...
२. हम निराकार बिंदी आत्माएँ, एक बाप को मामेकम याद कर विकर्म विनाश करनेवाले, बड़ों को रीगार्ड और छोटों को प्यार देनेवाले, श्रेष्ठ ते श्रेष्ठ मत पर चलनेवाले, अच्छी धारणा और कमाई वाले सच्चे दिलवाले बच्चे हैं... अतीन्द्रिय सुख के झूले में झूलनेवाले, गोपी वल्लभ के गोप-गोपियाँ हैं...
३. हम अविनाशी आत्माएँ, देह सहित देह के सर्व सम्पर्क, सम्बन्ध, वस्तु, वैभव से बंधन तोड़,रचयिता और रचना को जाननेवाले नशटोमोहा हैं... एकान्त में बैठ, अपने को छोटी आत्मा समझ और बाप को भी बिंदी समझ याद करनेवाले, मनमनाभव होकर २१ जन्मों के लिए स्वर्ग की बादशाही पानेवाले, गॉड-गॉडेज हैं....विश्व के मालिक हैं...
४. हम छोटी स्टार मिसल आत्माएँ, बाप के साथ हैं, बाप के समीप हैं, बाप के सम्मुख हैं, बाप समान हैं, और सेफ हैं... ज्ञान अमृत पीने और पिलानेवाले, मुक्ति की युक्ति औरों को बतानेवाले ड्रामा के मुख्य सर्विसेबुल एक्टर हैं...
४. हम छोटी स्टार मिसल आत्माएँ, बाप के साथ हैं, बाप के समीप हैं, बाप के सम्मुख हैं, बाप समान हैं, और सेफ हैं... ज्ञान अमृत पीने और पिलानेवाले, मुक्ति की युक्ति औरों को बतानेवाले ड्रामा के मुख्य सर्विसेबुल एक्टर हैं...
५. हम सम्पूर्ण सत्य और पवित्र आत्माएँ, सवेरे से रात तक याद की यात्रा में रहनेवाले, बीच बीच में ट्रैफिक कंट्रोल करनेवाले, अपने शान्त स्वरूप से अव्यक्त वातावरण बनाकर इशारों से समझानेवाले और साक्षात्कार करानेवाले साक्षात्कार मूर्त हैं...

The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba...the God Father...the Purifier...the Ocean of Knowledge...the Incorporeal Point...
Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the bodiless souls, are the happy angels who are soul conscious (while performing actions), soul conscious (in remembrance), spiritually conscious, God conscious and God loving...we are the conquerors of the mind, conquerors of maya, conquerors of the five elements, and so the conquerors of the world...
2. We, the souls, the incorporeal points, constantly remember the One Father alone and absolve our sins...we give regard to the seniors and love to the young...we are the children with true hearts who follow the most elevated directions, inculcate knowledge very well and earn a good income... we are the gopes and gopis of Gopi Vallabh (the Lord) swinging on the swing of super sensuous joy....
3. We, the imperishable souls, are the destroyers of attachment, who know the Creator and the creation...we have broken all bonds of the body, the bodily relationships and connections, material possessions and comforts...we are the gods and goddesses who sit in remembrance in solitude, consider ourselves to be a small soul, consider the Father to be a point and become Manmanabhav...we attain the sovereignty of heaven for 21 births, and are the masters of the world...
4. We, the souls, are like stars...we are with the Father, close to the Father, personally in front of the Father, equal to the Father and safe...we are the serviceable main actors of the drama who drink and inspire others to drink the nectar of knowledge and show others methods to attain liberation...
5. We, the totally truthful and pure souls, stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance from morning to night, while having a traffic control of our thoughts in between...we are the images who grant visions by adopting a peaceful and avyakt form, making others understand through signals, thereby creating an avyakt atmosphere, and granting visions...

a. A soul is the truth and a sentient being and so the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, too, is the Truth and a sentient being...
b. The main thing you have to practice is to be soul conscious; this ancient yoga of Bharat is very well known; this is the Gita....
c. Even when you follow the Father’s directions and something goes wrong, He will put it right. When He gives advice, He then becomes responsible...
d. The Father doesn’t tell you to renounce devotion. When you receive the light of knowledge, you automatically understand the difference between devotion and knowledge...

Hum niraakaar bindi atmaayen, ek baap ko maamekam yaad kar vikarm vinaash karnewale, badon ko rigaard aur chhoton ko pyaar denewale, shreshth te shreshth mat par chalnewale, achchi dhaarna aur kamaai wale sachche dilwale bachche hain... Atindriy sukh ke jhoole men jhoolnewale, Gopi Vallabh ke gop-gopiyaan hain...

Hum avinaashi atmaayen, deh sahit deh ke sarv sampark, sambandh, vastu, vaibhav se bandhan tod, rachyita aur rachna ko jaan newale nashtomoha hain... ekaant men baith, apne ko chhoti atma samajh aur baap ko bhi bindi samajh yaad karnewale,man mana bhav hokar 21 janmon ke liye swarg ki baadshaahi paanewale, god-godej hain....vishv ke maalik hain...
