स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास: १. हम आत्माएँ, अभी अभी साकारी, अभी अभी आकारी, अभी अभी निराकारी...ड्रिल निरन्तर प्रैक्टिस करनेवाले सदा पावरफुल स्टेज वाले उपराम हैं, साक्षीदृष्ता हैं, शक्ति स्वरूप हैं, लाइट हाउस, माइट हाउस, पावर हाउस हैं ...
२. हम आत्माएँ, समय को समीप लानेवाले बाप समान सम्पन्न और सम्पूर्ण हैं...हरेक को लाइट और माइट की प्राप्ति कराने वाले, संग के रूहानी रंग लगानेवाले,नज़र से निहाल करनेवाले, अंधों को तीसरा नेत्र देनेवाले, भटकती हुई अतमाओं को मंज़िल बतानेवाले, तड़पति हुई आत्माओं को शीतल, शान्त, आनंद मूर्तबनानेवाले हैं... इस निशान के नशे में रहनेवाले, महादानी, वरदानी, सर्व गुण दानी, सर्व शक्तिओं के दानी, विश्व परिवर्तक, विश्व कल्याणकारी हैं...
३. हम अचल, अड़ोल, निर्भय आत्माएँ, शंकर समान ज्वाला-रूप बनकर प्रज्ज्वलित की हुई विनाश की ज्वाला को संकल्प और साधना से तेज और संपन्न करनेवाले, शुद्ध संकल्प में स्थित रहनेवाले, संकल्प की सिद्धि प्राप्त करनेवाले, मुक्ति और जीवन मुक्ति के गेट्स खोलनेवाले, बाप दादा के श्रेष्ठ कार्य में सदा सहयोगी रहनेवाले, सर्व आत्माओं की सर्व कामनाएँ पूर्ण करनेवाले, निष्चित और निमित्त हैं...बेहद की विशाल रूप से सर्विस करनेवाले, बेहद के उपराम वृत्ति वाले, बेहद के वैरागी, सम्बन्ध सम्पर्क में रहते हुए सदा सर्व कर्म बंधनों से मुक्त, एवर-रेडी, सतोप्रधान और कर्मातीत हैं....
४. हम आत्माएँ, ब्रह्मा बाप समान गुण स्वरूप, शक्ति स्वरूप, और याद स्वरूप सच्चे ब्राह्मण हैं...सर्व आत्माओं की भटकती बुद्धि, चंचल मन और पूराने संस्कार को अपनी एकाग्र, एक्टिक और एकरस स्थितिसे परिवर्तन करनेवाले, व्यर्थ संकल्पों को शुद्ध संकल्प में बदलने वाले कल्याणकारी हैं...

We, the souls, are corporeal at one moment, in our subtle form in the next moment and incorporeal in the next...by practicing this drill constantly, we always have a powerful stage of being beyond, of being a detached observer, of being an embodiment of powers, of being a light house, a might house and a power house...
2. We, the souls, are complete, perfect and equal like the Father, bringing time close....we make every soul have attainment of light and might, color others with the color of the company of spirituality, take others beyond with just a glance, give a third eye to the blind, show destination to those who are wandering, and make desperate souls cool, peaceful and embodiments of bliss...we are the great donors, bestower of blessings, donors of all virtues, donors of all powers, world transformers and world benefactors who remain intoxicated in this aim...
3. We, the unshakable, immovable and fearless souls, are the form of fire like Shankar...we finish the flames of destruction started by us with our thoughts and spiritual endeavor...we are the determined instruments who remain stabilized in pure thoughts and attain success of our thoughts...we open the gates of liberation and liberation-in-life, constantly remain co-operative in Bapdada’s elevated task and fulfill all the desires of all the souls ...we do unlimited service at a fast speed have an unlimited attitude of being beyond are unlimited renunciates...we are constantly free from all bondage of karma, and are ever-ready, satopradhan and karmateet...
4. We, the souls, are the true Brahmins who are embodiments of virtues, embodiments of powers and the embodiments of remembrance like Father Brahma... we are the benefactors who transform waste thoughts to pure thoughts, transform the wandering intellects, mischievous minds and old sanskars of all souls by our concentrated thoughts, by remaining stable in one stage, which is constant and homogeneous stage...
