स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम विशेष आत्माएँ, रूहानी पर्सनालिटी की श्रेष्ठ झलक और नशेवाले, सारे कल्प में, आदि से अंत तक, नंबर वन और महान हैं... अनादि काल में, परमधाम में, सबसे ऊँची, न्यारी और प्यारी चमकती ज्योति रूहानी पर्सनालिटी वाले हैं ...आदि काल में श्रेष्ठ तन, मन धन और सम्बन्ध की पर्सनालिटी वाले, सुंदर, सजे हुए हैं... सुख, शान्ति, प्रेम, आनन्द स्वरूप हैं...मध्य काल में प्योरिटी की पर्सनालिटी जड़ चित्र विधि पूर्वक पूजे और गाए जाते हैं.... संगम में सर्व श्रेष्ठ मरजीवा ब्राह्मण हैं, जिनके बहुत गायन है.....
२. हम आत्माएँ, अपनी पवित्रता की पर्सनालिटी को सदा ही इमर्ज रूप में स्मृति में रख समर्थ बननेवाले, मन जीत, मायाजीत, प्रकृतिजीत, सो जगतजीत हैं...सर्व प्राप्ति सम्पन्न, स्वभाव में सम्पन्न, संस्कार में सम्पन्न,सम्बन्ध- सम्पर्क में सम्पन्न और भरपूर, मन से भरपूर, संतुष्टमणी हैं....
३. हम महीन बुद्धि वाली आत्माएँ, ऊठने, बैठने ,बोलने स्थूल और सूक्ष्म सेवा में सत्य हैं, सच हैं, साफ़ हैं,स्वच्छ हैं, स्पष्ट हैं...व्यर्थ को समाप्त कर, श्वास, संकल्प, समय और संतुष्टता बचानेवाले, १६ कला सम्पूर्ण ,पवित्र, पावन परम पूज्य, हीरो हैं.... हस्ते, गाते, खेलते नाचते सूर्यवंशी हैं...
४. हम अशरीरी आत्माएँ, एवर-रेडी हैं...सदा निमित्त भाव से सेवाधारी बन प्रत्यक्ष फल अनुभव करनेवाले,पवित्रता, स्वच्छता और सत्यता की शक्ति से स्व और विश्व का परिवर्तन करनेवाले, विश्व सेवाधारी, विश्व परिवर्तक विश्व कल्याणकारी हैं...
५. हम आत्माएँ, सत बाप, सत शिक्षक, सत गुरु के सत्संग में बुद्धि द्वारा रहनेवाले, बाप को दिल का सच्चा साथी बनानेवाले, उनके संग के रंग में सदा रंगे हुए, सदा हर्षित, डबल लाइट, खुशियों से भरपूर हैं...अपने उमंग,उल्लास और हिम्मत के पंख पर ऊड़ने और ऊडानेवाले , सर्व को शक्तिवान बनानेवाले, मीठे और मधुर,स्नेही और सहयोगी हैं...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the special souls, with the intoxication and the elevated sparkle of our spiritual personality are great and number one from the beginning to the end, in the entire cycle...eternally, in the supreme abode, the light and sparkle of us souls with a spiritual personality is most the elevated, unique and lovely...in the original form, we are beautiful, well decorated with an elevated personality, body, mind wealth and relationships...we are the embodiments of peace, happiness, love and bliss...in the middle period, with the specialty of purity of personality, our non-living images are worshipped and remembered...in the confluence age, we are the most elevated Brahmins who have died alive, and are praised a lot...
2. We, the souls, the conquerors of our mind, conquerors of maya, conquerors of the five elements and so the conquerors of the world...we are powerful by constantly keeping the personality of our purity emerged in our awareness ...we are the jewels of contentment who are full of all attainments, full in our nature, full in our sanskars, full in our relationships and connections; we are constantly overflowing....
3. We, the souls, with refined intellects, are truthful, honest hearted, clean, pure and clear while sitting, standing, speaking, and while doing physical or subtle service...by finishing with waste we save our breath, our thoughts, our time and contentment....we are diamonds that are pure, holy and worthy of worship...we dance, sing, laugh and play...we belong to the sun dynasty...
4. We, the bodiless souls, are ever-ready...we are the world servers, the world transformers and the world benefactors...we experience the practical instant fruit of doing service as instruments and we transform ourselves and the world through the powers of purity, cleanliness and honesty....
5. We, the souls, stay in the company of the Truth by staying in the company of the True Father, the True Teacher and the True Guru with our intellect...we make the Father the True Companion of our hearts, and remain colored with the spiritual colors of His company...we are constantly cheerful, double light, and overflowing with happiness....we fly and make others fly on the wings of zeal, enthusiasm and courage and make them powerful...we are pleasant and sweet, loving and co-operative...

Hum vishesh atmaayen, ruhaani parsnaalty ki shreshth jhalak aur nashe wale, sare kalp men, adi se ant tak nambar vn aur mahaan hain... anaadi kaal men, paramdhaam men, sabse oonchi, nyari aur pyaari chamakti jyoti ruhaani parsnaality wale hain ...adi kaal men shreshth tan, man dhan aur sambandh ki parsnaality wale, sundar, saje hue hain... sukh, shanti, prem, anand swaroop hain...madhy kaal men pyority ki parsnaality jad chitr vidhi poorvak pooje aur gaaye jaate hain.... sangam men sarv shreshth marjeeva Brahman hain, jinke bahut gaayan hai ....
2. Hum atmaayen, apni pavitrta ki parsnaality ko sada hi imarj roop men smriti men rakh samarth ban newale, man jeet, mayajeet, prakriti jeet, so jagat jeet hain...sarv praapti sampann, swabhaav men sampann, sanskaar men sampann, sambandh- sampark men sampann aur bharpur, man se bharpur, santusht mani hain....
3. Hum mahin buddhi wale atmaayen, oothne, baithne ,bolne sthool aur sukshm seva men saty hain, sach hain, saaf hain, swachch hain, spasht hain...vyarth ko samaapt kar, shwaas, sankalp, samay aur santusht ta bachaanewale, 16 kala sampoorn , pavitr, paavan param poojy ,heerehain... haste, gaate, khelte naachte suryavanshi hain...
4. Hum ashareeri atmaayen, evar-redy hain...sada nimitt bhav se sevadhaari ban pratyaksh fal anubhav karnewale, pavitrta, swachchta aur satyta ki shakti se sw aur vishv ka parivartan karnewale, vishv sevadhaari, vishv parivartak vishv kalyaankaari hain...
5. Hum atmaayen, sat baap, sat shikshak, sat guru ke satsang men buddhi dwara rahnewale, baap ko dil ka sachcha saathi banaanewale, unke sang ke rang men sada range hue, sada harshit, dbl laait, khushiyon se bharpur hain...apne umang, ullhaas aur himmat ke pankh par oodne aur oodaanewale , sarv ko shaktivaan banaanewale, meethe aur madhur, snehi aur sahyogi hain...

Recipe for a Happy New Year. . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Take twelve fine, full-grown months; see that these are thoroughly free from old memories of bitterness, rancor and hate, cleanse them completely from every clinging spite; pick off all specks of pettiness and littleness; in short, see that these months are freed from all the past—have them fresh and clean as when they first came from the great storehouse of Time. Cut these months into thirty or thirty-one equal parts. Do not attempt to make up the whole batch at one time (so many persons spoil the entire lot this way) but prepare one day at a time.
Into each day put equal parts of faith, patience, courage, work (some people omit this ingredient and so spoil the flavor of the rest), hope, fidelity, liberality,kindness, rest (leaving this out is like leaving the oil out of the salad dressing— don’t do it), prayer, meditation, and one well-selected resolution. Put in about one teaspoonful of good spirits, a dash of fun, a pinch of folly, a sprinkling of play, and a heaping cupful of good humor.
