स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम देही - अभिमानी आत्माएँ, ज्ञान स्वरूप, योग स्वरूप धारणा स्वरूप हैं... बाप का मनमनाभव, मध्याज़ीभव का महामंत्र का संदेश देनेवाली, ज्ञान डांस करनेवाली, ज्ञान सागर से निकली हुई भरपूर बहती ज्ञान गंगाएँ हैं... बाप का नाम बाला करनेवाले, ईमानदार और वफ़ादार हैं... अपनी आशाओं को छोड कायदेसिर चलनेवाले, अपनी कार्मेन्द्रियों पर पूरा कंट्रोल रखनेवाले, एक्टिव, अलर्ट और एक्यूरेत हैं...
२. हम समझदार आत्माएँ, सच्चाई और सफाई और शौकसे साथ सेवा कर ताकतवान बननेवाले, हनुमान मिसल स्थेरियम हैं... अथक, अटल, अचल अड़ोल अंगदहैं...अपना आक्यूपेशन ईश्वरीय सेवा बनानेवाले, सर्व आत्माओं को शुभ भावना और शुभ कामना की आंचली देनेवाले, ऊँच पद पानेवाले, सच्चे सेवाधारी हैं...
३. पवित्रता ब्राह्मण जीवन का मुख्य फाउँडेदेशन है... हम आत्माएँ, बाप को मामेकम याद करनेवाले, लगन मे मगन, समाने और लीन होनेवाले, बाप समान हैं... अपने हाथों से बनाया हुआ शुद्ध भोजन स्वीकार करनेवाले, पवित्र, पावन परम पूज्य, शुद्ध, सात्विक सतोप्रधन हैं...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We the soul conscious souls, are the embodiments of knowledge, the embodiments of yoga and the embodiments of dharna...we are the flowing and brimming Ganges of knowledge, that have emerged from the Ocean of Knowledge, who perform the dance of knowledge, and spread the Father’s message of Manmanabhav and Madhyajibhav ...we glorify the name of the Father by being trustworthy and faithful ...we are in complete control our physical senses, renounce all desires and follow the disciplines...we are active, alert and accurate...
2. We, the sensible souls, are stable like Hanuman...we do service with truth honesty and great interest, and thus become powerful...we are tireless, unwavering, unshakable and immovable like Angad...we are the true servers who make Godly service our occupation, give all souls a drop of good wishes and pure feelings, and attain a high status....
3. Purity is the main foundation of Brahmin life...We, the souls, constantly remember the One Father alone, remain absorbed in love, become lost in love, become equal to the Father...we are pure, holy, worthy of worship, unadulterated, satvik, satopradhan, and only take pure food prepared by us...

Swamaan aur atma abhyas:
1. Hum dehi abhimaani atmaayen, gyan swaroop, yog swaroop dhaarna swaroop hain... baap ka man manabhav, madhyajee bhav ka mahamantr ka sandesh denewali, gyan daans karnewali, gyan sagar se nikli hui bharpur bahati gyan gangaayen hain... baap ka naam bala karnewale, imaandaar aur wafadaar hain... apni aashaaon ko chhod kaaydesir chalnewale, apni karmendriyon par poora kantrol rakhnewale, ektiv, alart aur ekyooret hain...
2. Hum atmaayen, samajhdaar ban sachchaai aur safaai aur shaukse saath seva kar taakatvaan ban newale, hanuman misal stheriyam hain... athak, atal, achal adol angad hain...apna aakyupeshan ishwariy seva banaanewale, sarv atmaaon ko shubh bhavna aur shubh kaamna ki anchli denewale, oonch pad paanewale, sachche sevadhaari hain...
3. Pavitrta brahman jeewan ka mukhy faaundeshan hai... hum atmaayen, baap ko mamekam yaad karnewale, lagan me magan, samaane aur leen honewale, baap samaan hain... apne haathon se banaaya hua shuddh bhojan swikaar karnewale, pavitr, paavan param pujy, shuddh, satvik satopradhan hain...
