स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास: १. हियर नो ईविल, सी नो ईविल, स्पीक नो ईविल, थिंक नो ईविल, डू नो ईविल.....हम देही अभिमानी आत्माएँ, त्रिनेत्री,त्रिकाल दर्शी, त्रिलोकिनाथ हैं...ज्ञान के तीसरे नेत्र और दिव्य चक्षु से बाप को देखनेवाले, इस शरीर को देखते हुए भी नही देखनेवाले, पूरानी दुनियासे ममत्व मिटानेवाले, यहाँ रहते बुद्धि की आसक्ति नई दुनियासे लगानेवाले, दैवी दुनिया के मालिक हैं...
२. हम आत्माएँ, बुद्धि योग एक बाप से ही लगानेवाले,अपने को आत्मा समझकर एक बाप को याद करनेवाले, देह और दुनिया से सच्चे सच्चे वैराग्य वाले, ज्ञान योग में पक्के, ज्ञान धन धारण कर दान करनेवाले, ऊँचे ते ऊँच बाप की ऊँचे ते ऊँची मत पर चलनेवाले, परिपक्व बन कर्मातीत अवस्था वाले, सूर्यवंशी राजा रानी हैं...
३. हम शान्तिधाम की निवासी आत्माएँ, शान्ति स्वधर्मवाले, गृहस्त व्यवहार में रहते हुए भी कमल फूल समान पवित्र रहकर सबसे तोड़ निभानेवाले, बाप से युक्ति लेकर धीरज रख कर्म बंधन को काटनेवाले, मनुष्य को कौड़ी तुल्य से हीरे जैसा बनानेवाले, विश्व के डूबे हुए बेड़े को पार करानेवाले, सारी दुनिया को सैल्वेज करनेवाले, सैलवेशन आर्मी हैं....
४. हम आत्माएँ, बेहद के बाप के बेहद के बच्चे, बेहद के अविनाशी वर्से के निश्चित अधिकारी, अपार खुशी में रहनेवाले,निरक्रोघी, निर्मोही, निर्लोभी, निडर, निर्भय, निर्वैर, निर्विकल्पी, निर्बन्धन, नष्टोमोहा , निश्चिंत हैं...खुशनुमाः और खुशनसीब हैं...सर्व को दुआएँ देनेवाले, सर्व की दुआएँ लेनेवाले, सर्व की दुआओं के पंख पर ऊड़ने और ऊडानेवाले, पहाड़ रूपी समस्याओं को रुई बना देनेवाले, तीव्र गति की उडती कला में सहज ही क्रास करनेवाले, नशे और निशाने वाले, निर्विघ्न हैं...

Praise of Baba:
The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba... the Highest-on-high Father...the Incorporeal Father...the Unlimited Father...
Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil, think no evil, do no evil...We, the soul conscious souls, are Trinetri, Trikaldashi, Trilokinath... we see the Father with divine eyes and the third eye of knowledge ... while seeing the body we do not see it, we finish all attachment to the old world, and while living here, our intellect is attracted to the new world ... we are the masters of the deity world...
2. We, the souls, connect the yoga of our intellect with the One Father, consider ourselves to be souls and remember the One Father, have a true disinterest for the body and for the rest of the world, are good in knowledge and yoga, imbibe knowledge and donate the wealth of knowledge, follow the highest-on-high directions of the Highest-on-high Father, become firm and attain the karmateet stage...we are the kings and queens of the sun dynasty...
3. We, the souls, are the residents of the land of peace, with peace as our original religion...while living in a household we remain as pure as a lotus flower, and fulfill our responsibility to everyone...we take tactics from the Father to cut away karmic bondages...we are the salvation army that changes human beings who are worthless shells to diamonds, takes the sinking boat of the world across, and salvages the whole world...
4. We, the souls, are the unlimited children of the unlimited Father, whose right to the imperishable unlimited inheritance is definite... we remain in limitless happiness...we are free from sinful thoughts, free from bondages, free from worry, and are the conquerors of attachment ... we are extremely happy and fortunate...we give blessings to all, take blessings from all, fly and make others fly on the wings of blessings...we change mountain-like problems to cotton balls and cross them at a fast speed easily in the flying stage... with aim and objective , we are full of spiritual intoxication and free from obstacles...

Hiyar no ievil, see no ivil, speek no evil, think no evil, doo no evil.....Hum dehi abhimaani atmaayen, trinetri, trikaal darshi, trilokinath hain...gyan ke teesre netr aur divy chakshu se baap ko dekhnewale, is shareer ko dekhte hue bhi nahi dekhnewale, pooraani duniyase mamatv mitaanewale, yahaan rahte buddhi ki aasakti nai duniyase lagaanewale, daivy duniya ke maalik hain...
2. Hum atmaayen, buddhi yog ek baap se hi lagaanewale,apne ko atma samajhkar ek baap ko yaad karnewale, deh aur duniya se sachche sachche vairagy wale, gyan yog men pakke, gyan dhan dhaaran kar daan karnewale, oonche te oonch baap ki oonche te oonchi mat par chalnewale, paripakv ban karmaateet avastha wale, sooryvanshi raja rani hain...
3. Hum shantidhaam ki niwaasi atmaayen, shanti sw dharmwali, gruhast vyvhaar men rahte hue bhi kamal phool samaan pavitr rahkar sabse tod nibhaanewale, baap se yukti lekar dhiraj rakh karm bandhan ko kaatnewale, manushy ko kaudi tuly se heere jaisa banaanewale, vishv ke doobe hue bede ko paar karaanewale, sari duniya ko sailvej karnewale, sailveshan aarmy hain....
4. Hum atmaayen, behad ke baap ke behad ke bachche, behad ke avinaashi varse ke nishchit adhikaari, apaar khushi men rahnewale, nirkroghi, nirmohi, nirlobhi, nidar, nirbhay, nirvair, nirvikalpi, nirbandhan, nashto moha , nishchint hain...khushnumah aur khushnaseeb hain...sarv ko duaayen denewale, sarv ki duaayen lenewale, sarv ki duaaon ke pankh par oodne aur oodaanewale, pahad roopi samasyaaon ko rui bana denewale, tivr gati ki oodti kala men sahaj hi kraas karnewale, nashe aur nishaane wale, nirvighn hain...

मुरली सार :- ''मीठे बच्चे - ज्ञान के तीसरे नेत्र से बाप को दखो, बाप को ही याद करो, इस शरीर को देखते हुए भी नहीं देखो'' प्रश्न: इस पुरानी दुनिया में रहते तुम बच्चों को कौन सा डायरेक्शन मिला हुआ है? उत्तर: मीठे बच्चे - यह पुरानी दुनिया, जिसमें तुम रहते हो यह कब्रिस्तान होनी है, इस पर रावण का राज्य है, इनसे दिल नहींलगाओ। यहाँ रहते बुद्धि की आसक्ति नई दुनिया में जानी चाहिए। गृहस्थ व्यवहार में भल रहो परन्तु कमल फूल समान रहो, सबसेतोड़ निभाओ। बुद्धियोग एक बाप से लगा रहे। ज्ञान योग में पक्के बनो। किसी भी हालत में खुशी का पारा कम न हो। धीरज रखकर्मबन्धन को काटते जाओ। गीत:- धीरज धर मनुवा....
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:
1) ईश्वरीय सैलवेशन आर्मी बन विश्व के डूबे हुए बेडे को पार लगाना है। मनुष्यों को कौड़ी तुल्य से हीरे जैसा बनाना है। ज्ञान धन दानकरने में कन्जूस नहीं बनना है।
2) अपनी दिल बाप और नई दुनिया से लगानी है। इस पुरानी देह से बेहद का वैरागी बनना है। वरदान: बेहद के अधिकार की स्मृति द्वारा अपार खुशी में रहने वाले सदा निश्चिंत भव आजकल दुनिया में किसी को रिवाजी अधिकार भी मिलता है तो कितनी मेहनत करके अधिकार लेते हैं आपको तो बिना मेहनत केअधिकार मिल गया। बच्चा बनना अर्थात् अधिकार लेना। मेरा माना और अधिकार मिला। तो वाह मैं श्रेष्ठ अधिकारी आत्मा! इसीबेहद के अधिकार की खुशी में रहो। यह अविनाशी अधिकार निश्चित ही है और जहाँ निश्चित होता है वहाँ निश्चिन्त रहते हैं।
