Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. With the mantra of Manmanabhav and Madhyajibhav, we, the souls, constantly spin the discus of self realization in detail in our intellect...while walking and moving around we remember our land of peace and the land of happiness, absolve our sinful actions, and accumulate in our account of an imperishable status... by having the land of liberation (Alpha) in one eye, the land of liberation-in-life (Beta) in the other eye, we become the light houses showing the path of happiness to all....we are the non-violent Shakti army that takes the boat across by breaking relationships with the old world and establishing a pure age, a new age, and a new kingdom of deities... we are the children of the Pandava Government who make the coat of arms for the spiritual government by writing Victory in Truth underneath the picture of Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar...
2. We, the loving and co-operative souls, are the most elevated servers respectful to all, the instruments to bring benefit to many, free from anger, who do service through our words, through our connections, through different facilities and instruments, and who donate every virtue and make others virtuous, and colour others with our company... by having regard for the Father and the study, we talk only about knowledge amongst ourselves...we make effort to make our fortune, ignore harsh words spoken by others, become very sweet and with the power of the yoga of the intellect we do service without being slack...we are the serviceable children of the most elevated Brahmin clan and the masters of the land of Krishna...
3. By being ignorant of wasting time, breath, thoughts, words and deeds, that is, by being innocent of waste and Maya, we, the souls, become embodiments of ignorance of all waste... by making our deity sanskars emerge, we experience divinity easily and naturally, and become saints and great souls... we are effort-makers, the living beings (souls) enabling actions to be performed through our chariot (body)... we do not repeat a mistake twice...we are the blooming, beautiful fragrant spiritual roses remaining loving and detached in the midst of thorns...

स्वमान और आत्म अभ्यास ::
१. हम आत्माएँ , मनमानाभव, मध्याजी भव के मन्त्र के साथ सदा बुद्धि मेंस्वदर्शनचक्र डिटेल में फिराने वाले, चलते-फिरते अपने शन्ति धाम और सुख धामयाद कर विकर्म विनाश कर अविनाशी पद का खाता जमा करनेवाले, एक आँख मेंमुक्ति धाम (अल्फ) और दूसरी आँख में जीवन मुक्ति धाम (बे) वाले, सबको सुख कारास्ता बतानेवाले लाईट हाउस हैं ...पुरानी दुनिया से नाता तोड़कर बेडा पार करनेवाले,पावन युग, नया युग, नए देवताओं कि बादशाही कि स्थापना करनेवाले, नान-वायोलेन्ट शक्ति सेना हैं ..... ब्रह्मा विष्णु शंकर के निचे सत्य मेव जयते लिखकररूहानी गवर्नमेन्ट का कोट आफ आर्म्स बनानेवाले, पाण्डव गवर्नमेन्ट के बच्चे हैं ...
२. हम स्नेही और सहयोगी आत्माएँ, सर्व के प्रति सत्कार की भावना रखनेवाले,वाणी से सेवा, संपर्क द्वारा सेवा, सेल्वेशन द्वारा व भिन्न भिन्न प्रकार के साधनों द्वारा सेवा, हर गुण दान कर दूसरों को गुणवान बनाकर अपने संग का रंग चढ़ानेकी सेवा करनेवाले, बहुतों के कल्याण के निर्क्रोधी निमित्त, सर्वके श्रेष्ठ सेवाधारी हैं...बाप का और पढ़ाई कि कदर कर आपस में ज्ञान कि हि बातें करनेवाले,अपने भाग्य बनानेके लिए पुरुषार्थ करनेवाले, किसीके कडुवे शब्दों को सुना न सुनाकरनेवाले, सर्विस में ठंडाई न कर, बुद्धि योग बल से मीठे बनकर सर्विस करनेवाले,उत्तम ब्रह्मण कुल के सर्विसेबुल बच्चे, कृष्णापुरी के मालिक हैं...
३. हम आत्माएँ, अपने देवताई संस्कारों को इमर्ज कर दिव्यता स्वतः और सहजअनुभव करनेवाले, अपने श्वास, संकल्प, समय, बोल, कर्म में व्यर्थ वा माया सेइनोसेन्ट, व्यर्थ के अविद्या स्वरुप बन सेन्ट महान आत्माएँ हैं ... एक बार किगलती को दुबारा रिपीट नहीं करनेवाले, पुरुष बन इस रथ द्वारा कार्य करानेवाले,पुरुषार्थी हैं ...कांटो के बीच रहते हुए भी न्यारे और प्यारे, खिले हुए ख़ूबसूरत खुशबूदाररहे गुलाब हैं ...

Swamaan aur atma abhyaas:
1. Hum atmaayen, man mana bhav, madhyaji bhav ke mantr ke saath sada buddhi men sw darshan chakr ditel men firaane wale, chalte-firte apne shanti dhaam aur sukh dhaam yaad kar vikarm vinaash kar avinaashi pad ka khaata jama karnewale, ek aankh men mukti dhaam (alf) aur doosri aankh men jeewan mukti dhaam(be) wale, sabko sukh ka rasta bataanewale laait haaus hain...puraani duniya se nata todkar beda paar karnewale, paavan yug, naya yug, naye devtaaon ki badshaahi ki sthaapana karnewale, naan-vaayolent shakti sena hain..... brahma Vishnu Shankar ke niche saty mev jayate likhkar ruhaani gavarnment ka kot aaf aarms banaanewale, pandav gavarnmant ke bachche hain...
2. Hum snehi aur sahyogi atmaayen, sarv ke prati satkaar ki bhavna rakhnewale, vaani se seva, sampark dwara seva, selveshan dwara v bhinn bhinn prakaar ke saadhanon dwara seva, har gu n daan kar doosron ko gu n waan banaakar apne sang ka rang chadhaaneki seva karnewale, bahuton ke kalyaan ke nirkrodhi nimitt, sarv ke shreshth seva dhaari hain... baap ka aur padhaai ki kadar kar aapas men gyan ki hi baaten karnewale, apne bhaagy banaaneke liye purushaarth karnewale, kisike kaduve shabdon ko suna n suna karnewale, sarvis men thandaai n kar, buddhi yog bal se meethe banker sarvis karnewale, uttam Brahman kul ke sarvisebul bachche, krishnapuri ke maalik hain...
3. Hum atmaayen, apne devtaai sanskaaron ko imarj kar divyta swatah aur sahaj anubhav karnewale, apne shwaas, sankalp, samay, bol, karm men vyarth va maya se inosent, vyarth ke avidya swaroop ban sent mahaan atmaayen hain... ek baar ki galti ko dubaara ripeet nahi karnewale, purush ban is rath dwara kaary karaanewale, purushaarthi hain... kaanto ke beech rahte hue bhi nyaare aur pyaare, khile hue khubsoorat khushboodaar ruhe gulaab hain...
