''मीठे बच्चे - खामियों का दान देकर फिर अगर कोई भूल हो जाए तो बताना है, मिया मिठ्ठू नहीं बनना है, कभी भी रूठना नहीं है।'' प्रश्न: कौन सी बात सिमरण कर अपार खुशी में रहो? किस बात से कभी रंज (नाराज) नहीं होना है? उत्तर: सिमरण करो - हम अभी राजयोग सीख रहे हैं फिर जाकर सूर्यवंशी, चन्द्रवंशी राजा बनेंगे। सुन्दर-सुन्दर महल बनायेंगे। हम जाते हैं अपने सुखधाम वाया शान्तिधाम। वहाँ सब फर्स्ट क्लास चीज़ें होंगी। तन भी बहुत सुन्दर निरोगी मिलेगा। यहाँ अगर इस पिछाड़ी के पुराने शरीर में बीमारी आदि होती है तो रंज नहीं होना है, दवाई करनी है। गीत:- महफिल में जल उठी शमा....
धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:
1) जो ज्ञान योग में तीखे हैं, अच्छी सर्विस करते हैं, उन्हें बहुत-बहुत रिगार्ड देना है। आप-आप कह बात करनी है। आपस में भी कभी रूठना नहीं है।
2) ब्राह्मण कुल में बहुत-बहुत क्षीरखण्ड होकर रहना है। धूतेपन, परचिंतन से अपनी सम्भाल करनी है। सतसंग जरूर करना है।

वरदान: स्मृति स्वरूप के वरदान द्वारा सदा शक्तिशाली स्थिति का अनुभव करने वाले सहज पुरुषार्थी भव सदा शक्तिशाली, विजयी वही रह सकते हैं जो स्मृति स्वरूप हैं, उन्हें ही सहज पुरुषार्थी कहा जाता है। वे हर परिस्थिति में सदा अचल रहते हैं, भल कुछ भी हो जाए, परिस्थिति रूपी बड़े से बड़ा पहाड़ भी आ जाए, संस्कार टक्कर खाने के बादल भी आ जाएं, प्रकृति भी पेपर ले लेकिन अंगद समान मन-बुद्धि रूपी पांव को हिलने नहीं देते। बीती की हलचल को भी स्मृति में लाने के बजाए फुलस्टॉप लगा देते हैं। उनके पास कभी अलबेलापन नहीं आ सकता।
स्लोगन: ज्ञान की पराकाष्ठा पर पहुंचना है तो गुप्त रूप से पुरुषार्थ करो।
परमात्म प्यार में समा जाओ लवलीन स्थिति वाली समान आत्मायें सदा के योगी हैं। योग लगाने वाले नहीं लेकिन हैं ही लवलीन। अलग ही नहीं हैं तो याद क्या करें! स्वत: याद है ही। जहाँ साथ होता है तो याद स्वत: रहती है। तो साथ रहो, समाये रहो। प्यार स्वरूप, मास्टर प्यार के सागर बन जाओ।

Question: What should you think about and thereby maintain infinite happiness? In what aspect must you never become upset?
Answer: Think about how you are now studying Raja Yoga and how you will then become sun and moon-dynasty kings. You will also build beautiful palaces. You are now going to your land of happiness via the land of peace. There, everything will be first-class. You will also receive a very beautiful body that is free from disease. If there is any illness in your last, old body, don’t be upset about it, but take medicine.

Essence for dharna:
1. Give a lot of regard to those who are clever in knowledge and yoga and are doing very good service. Speak to them politely and respectfully. Never sulk with each other.
2. Live within the Brahmin clan very much like milk and sugar. Protect yourself from gossiping, telling tales and thinking about others. Definitely stay in the company of the Truth.

Only those who are embodiments of remembrance can be powerful and victorious. Such souls are called easy effort-makers. They remain unshakeable in every situation. No matter what happens, even if the situation of the biggest mountain comes in front of you, if the clouds of the conflict of sanskars come in front of you, if matter tests you, be like Angad and do not let the foot of your mind and intellect shake at all. Instead of bringing the upheaval of the past into your awareness, put a full stop. Carelessness can never come to such souls.

Since they are not separate, why would they need to have remembrance? They have natural remembrance; when you have the company, there is natural remembrance. Therefore, remain in that company, remain merged. Become an embodiment of love and a master ocean of love.
