बाबा की महिमा: परमपिता परमात्मा शिव बाबा हैं...मेरा बाबा...प्यारा बाबा...मीठा बाबा...दयालु बाबा...कृपालु बाबा...सत बाप...सत टीचर...सत गुरु...
स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम आत्माएँ, अपनी स्थिति को ऊँच और परिपक्व बनानेवाले, हर संकल्प, हर बोल, हर कर्म स्थूल और सूक्ष्म साधनों को साथ साथ यूज़ करनेवाले, प्लेनस्थिति और स्मृति में कर्म करनेकी ज़िम्मेवारी लेनेवाले, सपूत, सहयोगी और सर्विसेबुल बच्चे हैं...अपने दिव्य अलौकिक चरित्र और शुभ चिंतन द्वारा, हर्षित मुख के चित्र द्वारा, लास्ट इज़ फास्ट सर्विस करनेवाले चेतन और अलौकिक फिल्म हैं...एक सेकण्ड में अपनी अनुभूवी मूर्त द्वारा सदा काल की शांति व आनंद का अनुभव करानेवाले, विहिंग मार्ग की सर्विस करनेवाले, कम खर्च बाला नशीन हैं...ईश्वरीय मर्यादा के अंदर चलनेवाले निमित्त हैं...
२. हम आत्माएँ, घर-गृहस्त में रहते हुए भी कमल पुष्प समान पवित्र, न्यारे और प्यारे पांडव हैं...हर संकल्प सर्व मर्यादाएँ प्रमाण, स्मृति, वृत्ति, दृष्टि और कृति में प्रैक्टिकल लानेवाले, प्रैक्टिकल स्वरूप के सैंपल और एग्जाम्पल हैं...माइंड-कंत्रोल की एग्जैमिनेशन में पास विद आँनर ऊँच एकरस स्थितवाले पांडव सेना हैं...
३. मेरा तो एक बाबा दूसरा ना कोई... हम आत्माएँ, स्वयं और संसार की मजबूरियों को हटानेवाले, असंभव को संभव करनेवाले, अटेंशन में रहनेवाले, टेंशन-फ्री महारथी हैं...प्यूरिटी की फ़र्स्ट चैलेंज के इनचार्ज हैं... प्रभु प्यार की पालना अपनी प्रापर्टी समझकर , ब्राह्मण जीवन में आगे बढ़नेवाले, प्यार के सागर में लवलीन हैं...
४. हम मरजीवा आत्माएँ, शुद्रपन से मरनेवाले, अलौकिक ब्राह्मणपन से जीनेवाले, हरोज़ जीदान मुरली स्नेह से पढ़नेवाले, ज्ञान की रूह-रिहान और चर्चा करनेवाले,जीवन दाता के स्नेही हैं..स्वभाव और विचारों में अंतर होते हुए भी, अन्य आत्माओं को स्नेही और निर्विघ्न बनानेवाले आधार मूर्त, उध्दार मूर्त, उदाहरण मूर्त हैं...
५. हम आत्माएँ, स्थूल और सूक्ष्म साधन साथ साथ यूज़ कर प्रत्यक्ष फल देखनेवाले, मन्सा वाचा-कर्मणा तीनो सर्विस एक साथ करनेवाले, लास्ट टाइम के श्रेष्ठ अस्त्र-शस्त्र यूज़ करनेवाले, अष्ट शक्तियाँ साथ सर्विस में लगानेवाले, सफलतामूर्त हैं...अष्ट, ईष्ट, श्रेष्ठ और महान हैं...
६. हम ज्ञानी-योगी तू आत्माएँ, बापदादा के दिए हुए खजानों को समय पर काम में लगाकर खजानों को बढ़ानेवाले, पहले सोचकर फिर कर्म करनेवाले, टचिंग औरकैचिंग पावर वाले हैं...

Praise of Baba:
The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba.....
Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the souls, are the worthy, co-operative and serviceable children who take responsibility,.....we make our stage elevated and strong by using every thought, every word and every action with the physical means and subtle methods simultaneously, by making plans with remembrance in a plain stage, and by performing every action in this awareness... we are the living and alokik films who perform the service ofcoming last and going fast, by having divine and alokik activities, by having pure thoughts and through the images of our cheerful faces...we are the instruments who follow the Godly codes of conduct and do service at a fast speed with less expenditure and greater glorification by giving the experience of constant peace and bliss in a second...
2. We, the souls, are the Pandavs who are pure, loving and detached like the lotus flower while living in a household...we put every thought into practical form according to the maryadas given for our awareness, our attitude, vision and actions...we are the samples and examples and practical forms of last-and-so-fast means of service...we are the Pandava army with an elevated constant and stable stage, that passes with honour in the examination of mind control...
3. I belong to One Baba and none other...We, the souls, are the tension-free maharathis, who pay constant attention, who make the impossible possible, and who finish the compulsions of the self and those of the world ...we take the responsibility of becoming in charge of the first challenge of purity... by considering the sustenance of God’s love to be our property, and by constantly remaining merged in the Ocean of Love, we move forward in Brahmin life...
4. We, the souls, who have died alive, who are dead to the Shudra way of life and living the life of Brahmins, have great love for the Bestower of Life...we study the murli, the donation of life, in a very loving way, and have heart-to heart conversations and discussions about the knowledge...we are the images of support, the images of upliftment and examples in front of everyone...even though there may be difference between our nature and thoughts, we are the loving souls who make other souls constantly loving and free from obstacles...
5. We, the souls, use the physical and subtle facilities together and receive the practical and visible fruit...we serve through the mind, words and actions simultaneously...we are the embodiments of success who use the elevated weapons of the final moments, use all eight powers for service at the same time...we are one of the eight special elevated and great deities...
6. We, the knowledgeable and yogi souls, have touching and catching power.... we think before we act, and increase the treasures given by to us by Bapdada by using them at the time of need....

Swamaan aur atma abhyas:
1. Hum atmaayen, apni sthithi ko oonch aur paripakv banaanewale, har sankalp, har bol, har karm sthool aur sukshm saadhanon ko saath saath yuz karnewale, plen sthiti aur smriti men karm karneki jimmewari lenewale, sapoot, sahyogi aur sarvisebul bachche hain...apne divvy alaukik charitr aur shubh chintan dwara, harshit mukh ke chitr dwara, laast iz faast sarvis karnewale chetan aur alaukik film hain...ek sekand men apni anubhuvi moort dwara sada kaal ki shanti v anand ka anubhav karaanewale, vihing marg ki sarvis karnewale, kam kharch bala nasheen hain...ishwariy maryaada ke andar chalnewale nimitt hain...
2. Hum atmaayen, ghar-gruhast men rahte hue bhi kamal pushp samaan pavitr, nyaare aur pyaare pandav hain...har sankalp sarv maryaadaayen pramaan, smriti, vritti, drishti aur kriti men praitikal laanewale, laast so faast sarvis karnewale, praiktikal swaroop ke saimpal aur egjaampal hain...maind-kantro ki egjaimineshan men paas wid honar oonch ekras sthitiwale pandav sena hain...
3. Mera to ek Baba doosra na koi... Hum atmaayen, swayam aur sansaar ki majbooriyon ko hataanewale, asambhav ko sambhav karnewale, atenshan men rahnewale, tenshan-free maharathi hain...pyoority ki farst chilenj ke inchaarj hain... prabhu pyar ki paalna apni praaparty samajhkar , Brahman jeewan men aage badhnewale, pyar ke sagar men lavleen hain...
4. Hum marjeeva atmaayen, shudrpan se marnewale, alaukik brahmanpan se jeenewale, haroz jee daan murli snehse padhnewale, gyan ki ruh-rihaan aur charcha karnewale, jeevan daata ke snehi hain..swabhav aur vichaaron men antar hote hue bhi, any atmaaon ko snehi aur nirvighn banaanewale aadhaar moort, udhdaar moort, udaaharan moort hain...
5. Hum atmaayen, sthool aur sukshm saadhan saath saath yuz kar pratyaksh fal dekhnewale, mansa-vacha-karmana teeno sarvis ek saath karnewale, laast taaim ke shreshth astr-shastr yuz karnewale, asht shaktiyaan saath sarvis men lagaanewale, safaltamoort hain...asht, isht, shreshth aur mahaan hain...
6. Hum gyani-yogi too atmaayen, bapdada ke diye hue khajaanon ko samay par kaam men lagaakar khajaanon ko badhaanewale, pahle sochkar fir karm karnewale, taching aur kaiching paavar wale hain...
