धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:
1) बाप की आशीर्वाद लेने के लिए आज्ञाकारी बनना है। देही-अभिमानी बनने का फरमान पालन करना है।
2) माया चूही है, इससे अपनी सम्भाल करनी है। लोभ नहीं करना है। श्रीमत पर पूरा-पूरा चलते रहना है। वरदान: एक के पाठ को स्मृति में रख तपस्या में सफलता प्राप्त करने वाले निरन्तर योगी भव तपस्या की सफलता का विशेष आधार वा सहज साधन है-एक शब्द का पाठ पक्का करो। तपस्या अर्थात् एक का बनना, तपस्या अर्थात् मन-बुद्धि को एकाग्र करना, तपस्या अर्थात् एकान्तप्रिय रहना, तपस्या अर्थात् स्थिति को एकरसरखना, तपस्या अर्थात् सर्व प्राप्त खजानों को व्यर्थ से बचाना अर्थात् इकॉनामीकरना। इस एक के पाठ को स्मृति में रखो तो निरन्तर योगी, सहजयोगी बन जायेंगे। मेहनत से छूट जायेंगे। स्लोगन: आज्ञाकारी वो हैं जो मन और बुद्धि को मनमत से सदा खाली रखते हैं।
परमात्म प्यार में समा जाओ मास्टर नॉलेजफुल, मास्टर सर्वशक्तिवान की स्टेज पर स्थित रह भिन्न-भिन्न प्रकार की क्यू से निकल, बाप के साथ सदा मिलन मनाने की लगन में अपने समय को लगाओ और लवलीन स्थिति में रहो तो और सब बातें सहज समाप्त हो जायेंगी, फिर आपके सामने आपकी प्रजा और भक्तों की क्यू लगेगी।

Essence: Sweet children, make effort to remove the rust of the vices on the soul by remembering the Father, the Almighty Authority. Question: What is the main reason why your intellect’s yoga breaks away from the Father and what is the easy method to connect it? Answer: Your intellect’s yoga breaks when you become body conscious, when you forget the Father’s orders and by having dirty vision. This is why Baba says: Children, as much as possible, remain obedient. Make full effort to become soul conscious. Make the soul pure by having remembrance of the imperishable Surgeon.
Song: You are the fortune of tomorrow.
Essence for dharna:
1. In order to receive the Father’s blessings, be obedient. Obey the order to become soul conscious.
2. Maya is a mouse and so protect yourself from her. Don’t have greed. Continue to follow shrimat fully.
Blessing: May you make the lesson of One firm in your awareness and achieve success in your tapasya and become a constant yogi.
The special basis and easy method for success in your tapasya is to make the lesson of One firm. Tapasya means to belong to One. Tapasya means to stabilise your mind and intellect. Tapasya means to have love for solitude. Tapasya means to keep your stage constant and stable. Tapasya means to save all the treasures you have received from being wasted, that is, to be economical. Keep this lesson of One firmly in your awareness and you will become a constant and an easy yogi and be saved from labouring. Slogan: An obedient soul is one who keeps his mind and intellect constantly devoid of following the dictates of the self.
Become merged in God’s love.
Remain stable in the stage of being master knowledge-full and a master almighty authority and come away from the different queues. Use your time in constantly celebrating a meeting with the Father with love and remain absorbed in love and all other matters will easily finish. Then there will be a queue of your people and your devotees in front of you.
