स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम देही - अभिमानी आत्माएँ, सर्वशक्तिवान बाप की स्मृति से अपनी स्थिति,वृत्ति, दृष्टि, कृति, अनुभूति और सृष्टि सुधारनेवाले, मन और बुद्धि को मनमत से खाली रखनेवाले, आज्ञाकारी, वफ़ादार, फरमानबरदार और ईमानदार हैं... शूद्र सेब्राह्मण बन बेहद के बाप की सर्विस करनेवाले बी. के. हैं...राम के सच्चे पक्केअच्छे बच्चे हैं...
२. हम अजर अमर अविनाशी आत्माएँ, अविनाशी सर्जन से बुद्धि योग जोड़ कर,आत्मा पर ५ विकारों की चढ़ी हुई जंक उतारनेवाले, श्रीमत पर चल ब्लेसिंग पानेवाले, दिव्य गुणों कि अच्छी धारणा से ऊँच पद पानेवाले, श्रेष्ठ, शुद्ध,सात्विक, सतोगुणी, और सतोप्रधान स्वर्ग के मालिक हैं...
३. हम ज्ञान रत्नों से श्रिन्गारी हुई पुण्य आत्माएँ, ज्ञान अमृत पीने और पिलानेवाले, ज्ञान के सागर से निकली हुई मास्टर नॉलेज फुल ज्ञान गंगाएँहैं...शिव शक्तियाँ हैं... संगम की ज्ञान-ज्ञानेश्वरी सो सतयुग की राज-राजेश्वरीहैं...
४. हम अन्तर्मुखी आत्माएँ, एकरस, एक्टिक और एकाग्र हैं......एक के बननेवाले,एकरस स्थिति वाले, मन और बुद्धि को एकाग्र करनेवाले, एकान्त प्रिय हैं... सर्व प्राप्त किए हुए खजानों को व्यर्थ से बचानेवाले, क्यों और क्या के प्रश्नों को समाप्त करनेवाले, एकनामी और एकॉनमी वाले, सफलता स्वरूप तपस्वी,निरन्तर योगी और सहज योगी हैं...

The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba...the Almighty Authority...the Purifier...the Imperishable Surgeon... the Ocean of Knowledge...the Ever Pure...Abhokta (beyond experiencing the fruit of karma)...Asochta (One without thoughts)... the Unlimited Father...
Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We are the obedient, loyal, trustworthy soul conscious souls, whofaithfully follow orders and keep the mind and the intellect constantly devoid of following the dictates of the self...with the awareness and remembrance of the Almighty Authority Father, we reform our stage, our attitude, our vision, our actions, our experiences and the world...we are B.Ks., the true, firm and good children of Rama, who do service for the Unlimited Father after transforming from Shudras to Brahmins...
2. We, the indestructible, imperishable, immortal souls, are shreshth (elevated), shuddh (unadulterated), satvik, satoguni and satopradhan masters of heaven...we connect the yoga of our intellect to the Imperishable Surgeon and remove the rust of the 5 vices from the soul...by following shrimat we attain blessings, and by inculcating the divine virtues well we attain a high status...
3. We, the charitable souls, decorated with the jewels of knowledge, who drink and inspire others to drink the nectar of knowledge, are the master knowledge-full Ganges of knowledge emerging from the Ocean of Knowledge ... we are the Shiv Shaktis...we are the gods and goddesses of knowledge in the confluence age and the princes and princesses of the golden age...
4. We, the introverted souls, are the tapaswis who are the embodiments of success...we are in a constant and stable stage with one concentrated thought....we belong to the One... we are the constant yogis who love solitude, who focus the mind and intellect with concentration, and who get stabilized in a homogeneous and constant and stable stage... we are the easy yogis who save all the treasures received from being wasted, are economical in our thoughts by taking the name of One, and finishing the questions of “why? and what?”...

Swamaan aur atma abhyas:
1. Hum dehi abhimaani atmaayen, sarvshaktivaan baap ki smriti se apni sthiti, vritti, drishti, kriti, anubhooti aur srishti sudhaarnewale, man aur buddhi ko manmat se khaali rakhnewale, agyaakaari, wafaadaar, farmaanbardaar aur imaandaar hain... shudr se brahman ban behad ke baap ki sarvis karnewale, b. ke. hain...Ram ke sachche pakke achche bachche hain...
2. Hum ajar amar avinaashi atmaayen, avinaashi sarjan se buddhi yog jod kar, atma par 5 vikaaron ki chadhi hui jank utaarnewale, shrimat par chal blesing paanewale, divy gu non ki acchi dhaarna se oonch pad paanewale, shreshth, shuddh, satvik, satoguni, aur satopradhan swarg ke maalik hain...
3. Hum gyan ratnon se shringaari hui puny atmaayen, gyan amrit peene aur pilaanewale, gyan ke sagar se nikli hui mastar nolej ful gyan gangaayen hain...shiv shaktiyaan hain... sangam ki gyan-gyaneshwari so satyug ki raj-raajeshwari hain...
4. Hum antarmukhi atmaayen, ekras, ektik ekaagr hain......ek ke ban newale, ekras sthiti wale, man aur buddhi ko ekaagr karnewale, ekaant priy hain... sarv paraapt kiye hue khajaanon ko vyarth se bachaanewale, kyon aur kya ke prashnon ko samaapt karnewale, eknaami aur economy wale, safalta swaroop tapaswi, nirantar yogi aur sahaj yogi hain...
