स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास: १. सच्चे दिल पर साहिब राज़ी...हम आत्माएँ, बाप के हर डायरेक्शन को अमल में लानेवाले, पाँच विकारों का सन्यास कर रावण की ज़ंजीरों से अपनेको छुड़ानेवाले, पवित्र पावन, परम पूज्य हैं... याद में रहकर पवित्र बन फिर सर्विस करनेवाले,कर्मेन्द्रियों को कंट्रोल में रख शूद्रों के संग से बचकर सभिको मुक्ति जीवन मुक्ति का रास्ता बतानेवाले, हिम्मत का एक कदम लेकर बाप के हज़ार कदमों की मदद और सहारा पानेवाले, सच्चे दिल वाले हैं...
२. हम आत्माएँ, रोज अमृतवेले उठकर, शुद्ध वायबरेशन में, ज्ञान के पायंट्स पर विचार सागर मंथन कर, बाबा का दिया हुआ नॉलेज धारण करनेवाले, हर कदम पर श्रीमत पर चलनेवाले, ब्राह्मणों के संग मे रहनेवाले, अच्छी पढ़ाई से भारी कमाई और सूर्यवंशी राजाई पानेवाले विश्व के मालिक हैं...
३. हम आत्माएँ, शरीर से डितैच होनेका अभ्यास करनेवाले, यहाँ होते हुए वहाँ बुद्धि योग लगानेवाले, स्वीट बाबा, स्वीट होम,स्वीट राजधानी को याद करनेवाले, स्वदर्शनचक्रधारी हैं ...सबको ज्ञान देकर योग का रास्ता बतानेवाले रूप बसंत हैं...
४. हम आत्माएँ, ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली संगम युगी ब्राह्मण, आपस में भाई-बहन, दुःख के नाम निशान बिना के हैं... सुख दाता के बच्चे, मास्टर सुख दाता हैं...सदा सुख में रहनेवाले, बाप समान औरों को सुखी बनानेवाले, दुःख न देनेवाले, दुःख न लेनेवाले, हर्षितता और गंभीरता का बैलेंस धारण कर एकरस स्थिति में स्थित रहनेवाले सुख स्वरूप हैं...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. The Lord is pleased with an honest heart...we, the souls, are pure, holy and supremely worthy of worship...we put all the directions of the Father into practice, renounce the five vices, and liberate ourselves from the chains of Ravan... we stay in remembrance, become pure and do service of showing the path to liberation and liberation-in-life to others...we keep our physical senses under our control and take care of ourselves in the company of shudras...we are the children with honest hearts who take one step of courage and receive a thousand steps of help and support from the Father...
2. We, the souls, wake up at amritvela everyday , and in the pure vibrations churn the points of knowledge, imbibe the knowledge given to us by the Father, follow shrimat at every step and remain in the company of Brahmins...by studying well we earn a huge income and attain a kingdom in the sun dynasty.... we are the masters of the world...
3. We, the souls, are the spinners of the discus of self realization...we practice being detached from the body, connect the yoga of the intellect there while still being here, and remember the sweet Father, the sweet home and the sweet kingdom...we are Roop and Basant who relate the knowledge to all and show them the path of yoga...
4. We, the souls, Brahmins of the confluence age, the mouth-born creations of Brahma, are all brothers and sisters without the name or trace of sorrow...by being the children of the Bestower of Happiness, we become the master bestowers of happinesss...we constantly remain in happiness, and, like the Father, give happiness to others...we neither cause sorrow nor take sorrow...we are the embodiments of happiness who imbibe the balance of remaining cheerful and being serious and mature and remain in a stable stage...

Sachche dil par sahib raazi...Hum atmaayen, baap ke har daay rekshan ko amal men laanewale, paanch vikaaron ka sanyaas kar ravan ki janjeeron se apneko chudaanewale, pavitr paaavan, param pujy hain... yaad men rahkar pavitr ban phir sarvis karnewale, karmendiyon ko kantrol men rakh shudron ke sang se bachkar sabhiko mukti jeewan mukti ka rasta bataanewale, himmat ka ek kadam lekar baap ke hazaar kadamon ki madad aur sahaara paanewale, sachche dil wale hain...
2. Hum atmaayen, roj amritvele oothkar, shuddh vaaybreshan men, gyan ke points par vichaar sagar mantan kar, baba ka diya hua nolej dhaaran karnewale, har kadam par shrimat par chalnewale, brahmanon ke sang me rahnewale,achchi padhaai se bhaari kamaai aur sooryvanshi raajaai paanewale vishv ke maalik hain...
3. Hum atmaayen, shareer se ditaich honeka abhyaas karnewale, yahaan hote hue vahaan buddhi yog lagaanewale, sweet baba, sweet hom, sweet raaj dhaani ko yaad karnewale, swa darshan chakr dhaari hain ...sabko gyan dekar yog ka rasta bataanewale roop basant hain...

Hum atmaayen, brahma mukh vanshaaavali sangam yugi Brahman, aapas men bhai-bahan, duhkh ke naam nishaan bina ke hain... sukh data ke bachche, maastar sukh data hain...sada sukh men rahnewale, baap samaan auron ko sukhi banaanewale, duhkh n denewale, duhkh n lenewale, harshit ta aur gambhirtaa ka bailens dharan kar ekras sthiti men sthith rahnewale sukh swaroop hain...

मुरली सार :- ''मीठे बच्चे - यह तुम्हारा अन्तिम जन्म है इसलिए विकारों का सन्यास करो, इस अन्तिम जन्म में रावण की जंजीरों सेअपने को छुड़ाओ'' प्रश्न: बाप का सहारा किन बच्चों को मिलता है? बाप किन बच्चों से सदा राज़ी रहता है? उत्तर: बाप का सहारा उन्हें मिलता - जो सच्ची दिल वाले हैं। कहा जाता सच्ची दिल पर साहेब राज़ी। जो बाप के हर डायरेक्शन कोअमल में लाते हैं, बाबा उनसे राज़ी रहता है। बाप का डायरेक्शन है याद में रह पवित्र बन फिर सर्विस करो, किसको रास्ता बताओ। शूद्रोंके संग से अपनी सम्भाल करो। कर्मेन्द्रियों से कभी बुरा काम नहीं करना। जो इन सब बातों की धारणा करते बाप उनसे राज़ी रहता। गीत:- मुझको सहारा देने वाले..... धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:
1) इस सड़ी हुई दुनिया और सड़े हुए शरीर से ममत्व निकाल एक बाप को और घर को याद करना है। शूद्रों के संग से अपनी सम्भालकरनी है।
2) विकर्माजीत बनने के लिए अमृतवेले उठ याद में बैठना है। इस शरीर से डिटैच होने का अभ्यास करना है। वरदान: सुख स्वरूप बन सबको सुख देने वाले मास्टर सुखदाता भव संगमयुगी ब्राह्मण अर्थात् दु:ख का नाम-निशान नहीं क्योंकि सुखदाता के बच्चे मास्टर सुखदाता हो। जो मास्टर सुखदाता, सुखस्वरूप हैं वह स्वयं दु:ख में कैसे आ सकते हैं। बुद्धि से दु:खधाम का किनारा कर लिया। वे स्वयं तो सुख स्वरूप रहते ही हैं लेकिन औरोंको भी सदा सुख देते हैं। जैसे बाप हर आत्मा को सदा सुख देते हैं ऐसे जो बाप का कार्य वो बच्चों का कार्य। कोई दु:ख दे रहा है तो भीआप दु:ख नहीं दे सकते, आपका स्लोगन है ''ना दु:ख दो, ना
