Any type of arrogance will make you insult yourself and others...not to give regard to others, to cut someone off, is a royal form of body consciousness...even if your point is more elevated, do not cut off another’s point and present your own...give regard to everyone’s points...the one’s who give regard become the masters of the world...and claim the right to receive regard from others...to give regard to the young means to be loving and co-operative...

Practice sitting in the cave of the forehead and seeing your form of light and while experiencing yourself to be under the rays of God’s powers, spread rays of love and power into the atmosphere.
Commentary:I, the soul, am a shining point of light seated in the middle of the forehead...I am light...might...the Shakti of Shiv...all the powers of the Supreme Soul are descending on me...and these powers emerge from me and reach the whole world...the atmosphere of the entire world is becoming full and green and luscious with love...the red colored gulal (red powder) of all powers is being strewn in the whole world...with which the whole world is becoming full of life and luster...full of joy and happiness...Om Shanti...
In the Milan of April 13, 2011, Bapdada has told us to cremate our old sanskars. (Sanskar ka sanskar karo) Not just to suppress them, but to completely burn them, so there is no trace or progeny left.
Check and change now. Have volcanic yoga ( Jwala swaroop) We have time until the next Milan on October 19th. Let us work on one each day. Please share your experiences...
