स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. मेरा तो एक बाप दूसरा ना कोई...दिल से कहो मेरा बाबा, प्यार से कहो मेरा बाबा....हम आत्माएँ, देह सहित देह के सभीसम्बन्ध, सम्पर्क, साधन, वस्तु, पदार्थ वैभव के आकर्षण से मुक्त, अमृतवेले बाप का नंबर वन दिल का प्यार, सम्पूर्ण परमात्म प्यार, परमात्म शक्तियाँ, परमात्म ज्ञान अपने दिल में पूरा भरने और धारण करनेवाले, स्नेही और सहयोगी हैं ... सर्वशक्तिमान बाप के संतान, मास्टर सर्व शक्तिमान, लगाव, झुकाव, प्रभाव मुक्त माया प्रूफ हैं..
२. हम आत्माएँ, दिल से दिलाराम को याद करनेवाले, बाप के साथ हैं, समीप हैं, सम्मुख हैं, समान हैं और बाप कि छत्रछाया में सेफ हैं... करावनहार बाप के साथ हम करनहार बच्चे कम्बाइंड होकर, सदा साथ अनुभव करनेवाले, मन को सदा रूहानी मौज में रखनेवाले, बुद्धि रुपी टेलीफोन मधुबन

१. ईश्वरीय सेवा की विशेषता अज्ञान में नही हो सकती... नेचरल गुण में भी ज्ञान भरने ही पड़ेगा...
२. अगर सम्पूर्ण लगाव मुक्त अनुभव करेंगे तो क्रोध मुक्त ऑटोमेटिकली हो जाएँगे..आप के जो संकल्प हैं, वो चाहे उल्टे हों या सुलते हों, लेकिन पूर्ण नहीं होंगे तो क्रोध आएगा...संकल्प इच्छा के रूप में बदलता हैं तब भी चिडचिड़ापन आता है...

The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba... Almighty Authority Father...the Comforter of Hearts...
Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. I belong to the One Father and none other...say Mera Baba with all your love and all your heart...we, the souls, are free from the consciousness of the body, free from the attractions of its connections and relationships, material possessions, material comfort, facilities and wealth...we are the loving and co-operative children who fill our hearts fully and imbibe the number one love of Baba’s heart, God’s powers, God’s love and Godly knowledge...by being the children of the Almighty Authority Father, we are the master almighty authorities, who are maya proof and free from attachment, inclination and influence....
2. By remembering the Comforter of Hearts with a lot of love, we, the souls, are with the Father, close to the Father, personally in front of the Father, equal to the Father, and safe under His canopy...we are the knowledgeable and yogi souls, the karanhar (the ones who do) children, combined with the Karanhar (the One who inspires) Father, who experience His constant company...we keep our minds constantly in spiritual pleasure, and keep our intellect’s telephonic connection with Madhuban... we give our ideas without any selfish motives ...by being ignorant of the word desires, we become free of obstacles ...we are free from anger, free from attachment, free from greed and purify the elements through our purity...

1. The specialty of Godly service cannot exist on the path of ignorance...even a natural virtue has to be filled with knowledge..
2. When you experience yourself to be completely free from attachment you will automatically become free from anger...the reason for anger is that whatever your thoughts-whether they are right or wrong-are not fulfilled, you become angry...when your thoughts take the form of desires, you become irritated...

2. Agar sampoorn lagaav mukt anubhav karenge to krodh mukt autometikaly ho jaayenge..aap ke jo sankalp hain, vo chaahe ulte hon ya sulte hon, lekin poorn nahi honge to krodh aayega...sankalp ichchha ke roop men badalta hain tab bhi chid chida pan aata hai...
